I decided to start a new thread since I am finally done and have completed the final prototype. 12 gauge CR steel. I can build this in different air flow designs also. This kit is available now for preorder at $1250.

The corner marker is setup so that you can chose any preferred light that will fit. You cut the opening and install the light into the removable panel as shown below.

These look absolutely fantastic. I so hope there's eventually a headlight bezel option as well for the 62 series because both my grill and bezels look nothing short of wrecked and decent used OEM is probably pretty close in price to your kit!

Now that the base framework is done and fit to the fenders, I can adapt the 62 grille I already have made and do some alterations to create a 62 version. Hopefully it won’t take another 4 years! Haha

Looks awesome!

Will this work on a 62 that's been converted to have 60 headlights and grill? I have the round headlight radiator support, grille, and bezels but with modified quad headlight fenders.

Too late for me, but quad round using the 62 radiator support would be sweet.

Should work. I would need to see a picture but if the factory 60 bezels screw onto the fender, then it should be fine.

Man, if this would work on a 62, I think you'd kill it. I've always wanted the round eyes of my younger brothers.

This looks awesome. I’m assuming the grill being thinner easily allows for an intercooler fitmemt?
Yes probably. Some of the frame could also be removed and it would still be strong.

Since I forgot to mention this in the product details. Several buyers have been curious about the design. I can make these in sevral different air flow patterns. Slotted, 3 different hexagon sizes, and a few others. Also, any of them with the option of no emblem. I can make the grille for driving/fog lights, with cutouts for any size light.

What’s the light plan for this?! Looks great
I explained that in the second post above. There are pictures too. Its optional for each buyer, and you can cut or drill openings for whatever light you choose.

I definitely get it, I just want to see how everyone is planning to tackle it!

Just to confirm… oem lights do not fit right?

Nope, the original corner lights will not fit.
