It was tough to find a place that was higher than the PS pump. which is what has to be.. If you have a BODY lift, you can find one to mount on the pump (60 series). If no body lift, it would sit too high, and hit the hood
If you run dual batteries, the battery on the right side is in the way for mounting it in the stock location for a BJ74. and the turbo is in the way for the stock BJ70 location. For me, 24V meant I had to have 2 batteries, and one had to move there due to the brake booster change.
I had to make a bracket to go over that battery, and mount it in the gap between that battery and the engine. 2 straps (one over the battery, one in front of it) to the fender apron, 2 straps down to the fender well.
Very precise work as usual.
