For factory style I cut out the metal and fabbed a piece to install which u can see on back side. The flush one just cut 45s on both sides of rib , straighten metal and hammer to 45. I will post some pics when I start it.

Made new rear corner channels. Removed old and fit new ones. Waiting on some primer to install. Started finishing bed floor rib end caps.

Are these brackets original? Maybe a gate cushion or stop.

Finished up floor sections. Installed rear corner channels, floors and fit rear sill. Tomorrow welding rear sill corners.

Buddy upgraded to a larger table so this was his old one.

Fit rear crossmember aft bed mount and located mounts. Need to weld and install mount supports. Bent up qtr panel to fit rear channels. Cut and fit qtrs. I should be able to weld in rear sill and qtrs next weekend.

Passenger side lower qtr was too rough to save. Fabbed new one turned out pretty good.

Made step flanges on both cross-braces and rear mount brace. Added recess to rear mount cross-brace for mount brackets.

Pulled WW tub for repairs.

Sandblasted WW tub at work and then used spot blaster to do fender area. Primed everything with weld thru and installed. Should be able to weld it in tomorrow.
