The short brackets like this are early early. When the seat folds forward the seat hits door hardware.
The resolved this by building out steel boxes and making the seat back narrow (to use up old stock of short arms). Then went to long arms.

Didn’t work for mine. In fact, it probably enhanced the rust!!

It looks like you might have the original battery cables with the little triangle and woven grounding strap with the little triangle as well. However I can’t see if they have the little triangle due to being out of sight or upside down.
