I take it all back. It’s more like an 8/10.
It looks like the only real short was between the ignition switch and the fuse panel. It will be good as new in no time.

The harness is restored and reinstalled.
Overall the harness was ok but a few new wires and a few new parts and it’s good as new.
Now the truck will start and stop with the key and will move under its own power. (I also installed an new clutch master and slave cyl)
Next up is to fix the brakes as it has no parts in the LR at the moment.
