Men were certainly more manly back then. What did the early 25’s/40’s do for a front window defrost? Nothing?!?! Wipe it off with a rag? I had expected to see holes in the top of the dash/bottom of the window frame which then allow defrost ducts like on my ‘63 FJ-45.
@brian are you going to blast/paint the frame too?
I want a new harness, but preferably not painless, I would love to have oe colored wires.@brian do you want an original harness or are you ok with a aftermarket like painless? There’s several companies in Australia who make them.
@Coolerman is the wiring guy but I don’t think he does the full harness rebuilds anymore but he does have the connections and wires listed for sale on his website.
bunch of rodent damage on the wiper motor harness and on the main harness, corroded terminals....unlikely to retain the genny. not really interested in putting the effort into trying to salvage something that would be hacked up anyway trying to fix it.Guess I don't understand why you just don't fix current wiring harness. These are simple. Still running a stock generator?
Yup, just pull it off as straight as possible. It sits over a bunch of fingers if that makes sense. Is there a trick to removing the horn button?
Or yank and yeet?
