Is there anyone anywhere who has actually put this motor in a cruiser? or anything?

1800hp looks totally streetable to me. Might have to upgrade the U-joints on an '80.

Well that is only 1800 crank hp, it would probably only be 1200 wheel.

But all joking aside, I never even bothered to ask Nero what transmission they were running behind it and if they have an adapter.... I am sure it was a 2 speed power glide which would be pretty useless except in a dedicated drag car. But I am going to ask.

First time you spooled it.

I think the auto trans if built might be good for 600hp, some say more, but I haven't seen it. Best bet for holding power I think is still ATF speed but not being local it is tough to get much from them on the A343F. Some guys in the middle east say the H151F will take 1,000hp, with an upgraded twin disc clutch, but I have also heard from guys in Australia that that box cracks under moderate diesels. So who knows at this point.

Well, you certainly wouldn't need to worry about re-gearing to 5.29s to throw on 37 inch MTs.

yep. you would have to run 1 dana 60s at least in the front and back. then the transmission and xfer case. maybe an atlas 2 case
