Hey Everyone, I have been a lurker and decided to ask for some guidance. I found this 2004 LX470 local to me in LA. It only has 120K miles, I drove it and it was almost perfect, better than my current car. https://www.stellarautoinc.com/2004-Lexus-LX-470-Burbank-CA-91505/6846586 I am very mechanically inclined and rebuilt my first car and do all maintenance on my current fleet so I am not to concerned about long term service. Couple things wrong or need attention. The stereo was modded and only the right side speakers are working. My assumption is a loose wire at the AMP or faulty AMP. Car "smells" like cigarette smoke and found a few burn mark on the a-pillar. I would need to detail, shampoo the car. No idea when the timing...

Price Reduced 2006 LX470 Silver - Portland, OR
Hello Fellow Mudders, Unfortunately, my needs have changed and after a short 16 (happy) months of ownership, I am selling my Silver LX470 , the truck just turned 280K, and isn't due for the timing belt for another 32,000 miles. The reason we are selling (something I know I'll regret as I searched for 5-months for her) is we've determined we need a truck for all the gear we take when we tow our 23' Airstream, and we are planning on traveling a lot more. I purchased the vehicle in May 2019 from (I believe) the 2nd owner, (Update: Pulled CARFAX, I am listed as 4th owner, but I believe owned 1 and 2 were same person, lease first, then purchase) in KC MO, where it was purchased and serviced at Hendrick Lexus, since new (other than service...
Hey guys! Ive been on the lookout for an 80 or 100 series Land Cruiser or something reliable, off road type, and can't seem to find much in my price range. I am in central CA, in Bakersfield, I'm looking to replace my current vehicle with an LC so i need something reliable. Open to either trading my 2018 Mustang Ecoboost for an LC, or price range of around 20k for an LC. IF there's any options out there for Trade/Sale, let me know! Thanks!
Little Rock, Arkansas: 1998 LX470, 256k miles $5,750
Good condition mechanically sound with meticulous Lexus dealership services & maintenance records. 2nd owner since 2002. Doctor driven, highway miles between Arkansas & beach. Recent timing belt and water pump serviced @ 226k. Driver side seat has been redone. Left passenger and rear passenger doors have cosmetic damage. Doors operate normally. No rips or tears. No rust or structural damage. Starts and rides very smooth. Slight oil drip, likely rear main seal.
I am considering breaking into the land cruiser world with a 99 LC deluxe with 144k miles. It seems clean enough on the inside and in pretty good looking condition. The catch is it comes with a rebuilt title- a quick inquiry revealed it has a new grill, radiator, fan, and headlights from hitting a deer. I am also a little troubled by the lack of an under the hood photo, but the price seems very nice. I also notice there is a protective coating on the undercarriage, but am a little cautious since I don't know what was there before the coating. Here is the link. 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser on KSL.com What are your thoughts? besides the insurance hoops, would this be a safe buy considering the repairs, mileage, and condition? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I've decided to let my trusty 2002 3rd gen 4Runner SR5 2WD go and after much research I've decided to get a LX470. Would ideally like a 2003 or later model with 5spd, in good condition inside and out, ideally lower mileage 200k but again flexible if well maintained. Preferably silver or black but will consider other colors. I'm in Oakland but willing to travel anywhere in the state and possibly a bit outside for the right car. Budget is flexible and would consider a trade plus cash for the 4runner if that was interesting to you. Thanks so much! Francis fw@berkeley.edu
FS: CO 2000 Toyota Landcruiser mildly built
Selling my 2000 Toyota Landcruiser: 208K on the body, about 70K on the motor. Motor was swapped as the original was lacking power. Swap took place about 5K miles ago. The vehicle was built for my wife/kid and extended family when they came into town. 3rd row seating is intact. This Landcruiser has the winter package (larger heater core, also replaced within the last 5K miles) All maintenance that could be done on the new engine was done before it was swapped in. (timing belt, water pump, new plugs, etc) In very good condition both inside and out! A few rock chips here and there, a few minor interior defects, but all in all in great shape for it's age. I installed an Android double din touchscreen radio as well. This...
Price: ***$SOLD 190k Miles, up to date on general maintenance Purchased 6years ago with ~110k Has spent the last 12-15 years in Maryland/PA/VA Purchased a ’19 RAM so I need to make room. She's been my daily driver and road trip rig for the past 6+ years and has never let me down. Up to date on major maintenance with over $2k of maintenance (including timing belt and water pump) and upgrades installed within the past year. AC blows cold and yes, I still have the 3rd row seats. Upgrades: -ARB front bumper -32" curved light bar -Refreshed OEM shocks -BFG AT tires -Aftermarket speakers -Aftermarket BT/DVD head unit...
Boise,ID 2004 Lexus Lx470 116K
been pretty stressed about what to do so I figured I'd test the waters. So my wife rear ended a semi trailer in stop and go traffic. Impact was maybe at 5mph. Its a clean title. Had some front end damage. I have all the parts purchased already. -hood -grill -bumper -the little support that goes under the headlights. The headlights are good, all the radiators etc weren't touched. I'm thinking of turning into offloaded but too nice and I'm stressed about what to do lol 116k miles, I've owned it for 3 years. Had a fender bender last year as well that I replaced the rear bumper cover. I have all the paperwork from insurance for both damages.
1999 LX470 - A series of unfortunate events
Hello Mudders! Without going into all the gory details, what is being offered here is a 1999 LX470 that due to deferred maintenance (heater T's. I am now the poster child for heater T's) and some bad judgement on a hot day has blown head gaskets. That's inconvenient and depressing, but also fixable on a vehicle that isn't a daily driver. I towed it to my mechanic and told him to look it over when he has time. The real day wrecker comes the following week, as one of his patrons had backed into it and crunched the fender, grill, headlight assembly and so on. Fortunately, the patron was a stand up gal and went right into the office and got my contact info. She could have easily driven off and left me in an even worse position. In any...
