Currently looking at a 95 LC with 193k for $18,000 and an 01 LC with $127k for $17,000. Both vehicles are one owner with extensive maintenance records and are completely rust free as they’ve been in Arizona their whole lives. Are these prices fair or do they seem pretty high? I’ve been looking at cruisers for a few years now and know they tend to run above their book values but these prices seem a bit high in my opinion. Just wanted to get some more opinions before going through with one of them.

I know I am going to regret this, but I have decided to sell my 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser. This truck has 272,000 miles and is in very good condition, especially mechanically and on the interior. All of the electronics work, including the rear view camera, rear window vents and sunroof. It is a non AHC model and has spent its entire life in California, Texas, and Oklahoma. I went back to 80 series.
2006 LX470, 169k miles, CA truck with 0 rust and 0 issues. Clean title and CarFax.
Timing belt done at 109k, almost new 295/70/18 Geolanders on tundra wheels with full size spare (original LX wheels can be included with decent tires)
AHC removed - strutmasters springs and shocks, LC torsion bars
Tesla style radio with full HVAC controls (all original equipment is included)
50% tint on front windows to match the rear
Registration just paid till 09/21 (important for CA residents)
Paint is nice and shiny, interior is clean with normal wear on dr seat, I have the 3rd row seats as well.
I haven’t wheeled it, used it as weekend cruiser with family.

Ideally I'd like a stock one under 200k. If close, preferably with the timing belt done, but that's likely not a deal breaker for the right rig.
