We’ve owned this Cruiser since April of 2015 and purchased it from a friend who bought it with 21,000 miles on it. I purchased this 2000 Land Cruiser from Carmax in 2006 and used it at my daily driver. I’m a bank CEO who uses it about 4,000 miles a year. It has 133,445 miles on it. It’s been flawlessly maintained since it was my daily driver, with oil changed every 5000 miles or less and all repairs using OEM parts. The Truck runs great with no known issues. It comes with many expensive upgrades I made over the years. The Stereo was upgraded in July of 20 to Pioneer system with Apple Car Play and Android Auto. I just had it freshly detailed and since I bought another truck 1.5 years ago and have not been using this, it’s time to sell.

Testing the waters on selling my LX470. The left rear shock is leaking a bit and instead of doing a full OME swap, I'm offering it up for sale at the moment. It's been a great rig. Will go anywhere! The factory rear locker on these is super rare. It is a Canadian delivery truck. It was in the snow and has a bit of rust. Nothing too crazy at all. I'm the 3rd owner. First off, hello all and thanks for creating such a cool and useful forum. I'm a complete novice when it comes the Landcruiser, though I've always admired them from afar. I've decided it's (hopefully) time to change that, and I've decided the 100 series is likely where I'd like to be sitting (though truthfully I may end up with a 1st gen sequoia because of price and availability).
As the title says, I'm trying to get an LC or LX 470, but they are basically non-existent in my neck of the woods (Toronto), so I'm looking for advice on how to go about getting one.
I think importing from a southern state is likely my best bet in terms of getting one that isn't rusted out... But I have no idea how to go about this, especially because...
