Need help of how to compress rear cushions on AHC 2004 LX470 (10 Viewers)

Hello fellows LC
I have removed and replaced the rear AHC hoses along with the 4 globes. I am having trouble compressing the top bushings on the rear hydraulic shocks. I just can not obtain enough thread to star bolting the nut. Any help?

Never mind, used a jack to compress bushings.
