Around 235k, interior with third row a high 8. Exterior WAS around a low 8 before the damage. I don’t have any idea what the truck is worth now, but I’ll take a subcompact truck in trade. All in all, the truck is definitely too good to part out, but I’m getting old very fast. I don’t have the patience for it. Is this too much rust to hassle with?

Hi all, I found a 2002 LX470 with 80k miles on the clock with a good interior. But … There is, possibly, too much rust to mess with it at any price. Apart from the rust, the body looks straight. The AC wasn’t working when I saw it but that’s fixable. It would need a timing belt and water pump (it’s just that time). The gauges work and it’s not throwing any CIL. It does have the Nav-Climate radio - so that’ll have to come out. Pics attached. Would you touch this for say .. $12-$14k? Any value it has is purely based on the low mileage. Thanks in advance.

Another GX vs LX Comparison

The LC has always been my dream car ever since growing up in the middle east and dune bashing. Now this dream is within arms reach, but my budget is constraining. This is what I'm considering: 2000 LX470 @ $7000 Rusty chassis, cracked windshield, bypassed ride height control, CD player not working, original clean title, 265k miles, timing belt changed at 180k. interior is great, couple rust spots on the body. Option #2 GX460 2005 @$7000 255k miles Original clean title, Touch screen not working so the center console is useless. Timing belt changed a year ago. not too much rust. Is unfortunately not a land cruiser so I'm wondering if the suspension and ride quality feels the same. Any advice?

Some cosmetic upgrading needed: a few cracks in the leather and small spots of blistering on the clear coat. Third row seats need some work. Heavy maintenance has been performed to keep her in top condition. Will be happy to provide service records for the past five years as well as an Experian AutoCheck report. Hi guys, It's time to sell my LX470 after owning it for over 5 years. Currently has a little over 185k miles and will be going up as I drive it daily. Never had an issue with it and have made multiple trips from GA to CT, KY, and FL. When I bought it, it had about 145k miles if I remember correctly. Never been in an accident. The bad things: Speedometer stopped working back on 12/4/2022 when the temps dropped to 6 degrees here in GA.
