Hi, I am looking at a 2006 that's local to me and it's really nice looking with very good service history, currently at 192,000 miles. It's priced way higher than I would want to pay ($19,000), but I may be able to negotiate, but that's a different discussion. I pulled up the dealer history and it's very extensive, but I have some concerns. Service History PDF The good is that the timing belt was just done. Heater Ts were done. Wheel bearings were recently repacked. He did differential services. He went to Lexus for the brakes, detail jobs, everything. Basically it seems like he maintained it really well, but the reality is that it does have almost 200,000 miles on it. Bottom line, $15,000 is the most I would pay for one of these...

1999 LX470 Tallahassee, FL
Not mine, no affiliation, but I went and looked it over pretty thoroughly this morning. It's clean- very clean underbody, PHH and radiator replaced at 150K, bearings repacked and brakes done recently, AHC works, couldn't find anything that didn't work except he said trailer wiring needs to be redone. Going to need timing belt immediately, it was last done at 88,000, he has all service records since new, been in CA or FL its whole life. Typical wear on the seats, interior clean otherwise. FYI it is still up, don't know why it says thread is no longer there. Almost bought it but decided I'd like to stay married.

2007 Lexus LX470 - how much rust is too much rust?
I'm looking at this 2007 LX470 w/ 122k miles at $19k: Cadillac Vehicles at Morrie's Golden Valley Cadillac Salesman sent me the attached pictures of the undercarriage. It's a local vehicle to me and I'll be keeping it here in Minnesota. For those outside the rust belt, I'm sure this looks like unabated cancer. For those who live and drive in northern climates where winter road salt is a way of life, is this amount prohibitive? Any insight from those who have bought or own a rusty 100-series?

Iowa City: wrecked 2004 LC - gray
Selling this front-end damaged 2004 Land Cruiser. Was told it hit a deer. It has a "junking certificate" title, so it is really just good for parts - not interested in doing the parting out myself. It was the donor vehicle for an interior upgrade in my 1999 LC (seats and some other interior parts). Also, someone cut the flip down entertainment screen out of the headliner before I got it. Midwest vehicle, so has a rusty undercarriage. Body panels from the doors back are good. Wheels are good, tires are not great but hold air. Battery is dead. Mileage is below 163,000. The engine will start with a fresh battery charge, but with existing damage/no coolant, it is not recommended. Seats and some other parts from the '99 are included as shown...
I posted earlier today about a potential scam involving a truck out of Houston. Initially, I was messaged by someone selling a 2002 Land Cruiser. I saw that the truck was being listed on Facebook by another, private seller. I messaged the Facebook seller, who told me that the truck was still for sale, but was unaware of the gentleman who messaged me. Based on that information, I assumed I was being scammed. I no longer believe that to be the case. The individual who messaged me on mud, Ian, called me and he and I spoke for several minutes. It appears, if anything, that the Facebook ad was the source of misinformation. Ian sounds like a stand-up, legitimate seller who I do believe owns the truck. I apologize for the...
Looking to buy a used LC100/LX470 used 300 miles driving distance from NY. Have between 9k-12k in cash depending on condition and mileage. Cant be over 135k and cant have too much rust 98 -2006 dont matter. I dont go off roading in NY much but do take occasional beach fishing drives in state/county parks. I just want something that will carry people and not break for a long time. I currently drive a leased 4runner, so something slightly bigger would do. Prefer white/black/grey in the same order. NOT green. PM me or let me know if my target with the price is realistic.
San Antonio Tx, 2000 landcruiser
Hey guys selling this for a friend of mine. This actually used to be my moms cruiser she drove for a couple years before we sold it to this family friend. Pretty straight truck overall, has a decent amount of stuff done already. Ome lift, arb bumper with warn winch, arb sliders with fender protection, Doug thorley headers, in dash Bluetooth stereo, 18” fuel wheels wrapped In 285/65/18 bfg all terrains, weather tech mats. Truck runs and drives great, has 236k miles. Front left fender has been painted and blended into drivers door. This was done before we ever purchased it and is a quality repair but just want to be as transparent as possible. It is due for a timing belt at this time also. Linking the Craigslist ad for additional pics. If...
