Lift with factory reliability? The answer is actually "Body Lift."
Anything adjustable or changes the CV angles will be less reliable. Anything that changes the spring rate without additional weight will not ride as well.
Not common on the 100. Some more info about your truck would help - miles, any aftermarket electrical gadgets.
I would go with an OEM since it appears both aftermarket and rebuilt are giving you issues.
Having a slight rake is normal, that said, that truck it seems a bit steep. I'd look more into what they used post-AHC - did the leave the LX torsion bars in, swap to 100 series or ?
Search titles only for things like "OEM parts", limited to the 100 section. There's several threads, recent ones too. Recent thread too on a discount deal lots hop on.
Michelin LTX. No clue on wheels, depends on your taste and personal opinion. I love the OEM wheels. If you front torsion bars are too cranked, it won't handle/ride well.
