Does anyone know how I can find an LC/LX that's not someone's flip? Sorry, this is just a bit of a rant and may not be very popular, but since I have been looking for one of these (over a year now - nationwide!) pretty much all I find are people who are "flipping" these things. I know there are probably a number of people on Mud who flip rigs but if someone has been active on Mud for years and has a good reputation that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that at any given time I will see a number of these going for $20,000+ for a rig with 150k+ miles, multiple owners, etc. To be honest, many of them seem to be good rigs and would likely serve me well. But the person flipping this Cruiser and asking $20,000 for it didn't but it for...

144K miles I have weathertec mats in, but also have original mats and the 3rd row seats. Timing belt replaced around 110k miles and just put in a new drive shaft. Tires, a/c, height control in good shape. I added the tow package. I'm 2nd owner purchased in 2017 with 108k miles. Minor dings on bumpers, small dent on wheel well but not paint damage. Asking $7,500 (Email removed)

Budget: 10-15k in Cash for the right 100 series/lx. Am not desperate but also am not trying to fish out a steal of a lifetime. Prefer southern cruiser/lx with no rust, less than 150k miles. Prefer 5 spd over 4 spd but I understand the tight budget limitations for a 5 spd so will consider 4spd as well (< 03). If lx, please no AHC. Can go up to 15k depending on condition and maintenance. Excuse me for my duplicate post. Am not a flipper, am not trying to scrape a deal. I'm willing to pay fair price for a long lasting car.
Vehicle: 2007 LX 470 SUV, 33000 miles, mint condition, white, tow package, clean title, single owner Context: [I'm not trying to solicit any sales here] I'm trying to sell a 2007 LX 470 and wanted some advice on what price i should settle on. I didn't realize there was such a big community for this until I saw there was so many prospective buyers. Even doing research online using KBB, CarGurus etc., it seems like their suggested value of the car ($15k-$18k) doesn't seem to capture the interest and value of this car, perhaps bc of the low mileage?? On the other hand, CarFax seems to give a much higher value ($28k). I also cannot find any comps since most used LX470s have much higher mileage on it. Question: I'm struggling to find what...
WTB: - 2004-07 (with strong preference for 2006 or 2007) - Land Cruiser or LX470 - As close to stock/OEM as possible - I won’t say “no rust” because this is MN after all, but prefer no more than undercarriage surface rust - Not really concerned about mileage if it’s been maintained - No title issues - Clean interior (or one that can be cleaned up) - In or near the Twin Cities I’ve missed out on some private party sales over the past few months, which has been a bummer, but just means I haven’t found the right one yet. I’d prefer to buy from a private party who can speak candidly about maintenance history and condition, otherwise I’ll likely be picking up from a local dealer. I’m ready to buy, let me know what you’ve got.(PM is fine.)
Hello, I have been cruising the forum for a while, and finally looking to get into a 100 series Land Cruiser or LX 470. This would be my first land cruiser. Looking to spend between $10-13k on one in good shape, that would be ready to take a long trip. I'd prefer it to be less than 200,000 miles, but I would consider a higher mileage vehicle if it has good maintenance records. Thank you, Alex

Los Angeles - 1998 Lexus LX470 - 225K Miles - 2 Owner - Records since new
Vehicle: 1998 Lexus LX470 Color: 6R1 Woodland Green Mileage: 225,000 miles - rising slightly as it's my daily driver Location: Redondo Beach, CA Price: $7600 Hi Guys, I'm selling my 1998 Lexus LX470 after about 2 years and 20K miles of use due to life changes. I bought it from the original owner in 2018 at 204K miles. The vehicle was serviced at Lexus its whole life so it comes with maintenance history from new. This can be provided to interested parties. All VIN tags are present and there is no rust. There are minor scratches and scuffs, as to be expected of a 22 y/o truck with 225k miles. It hasn't needed much at all in the 20K+ miles I've owned it. I use it as my daily driver and have taken it on numerous road trips to AZ as well...
As title says. Please ping me your car, pictures, and how well you maintained it. I'd like to spend fair price dollar for something in the 100-150k mileage range. Coming from a 4runner to something bigger, hopefully your cruiser. As I see southern cars having less rust, if yours is a southern car, chances are it has not too much rust, but if your north-eastern is garage kept and rust proof - do let me know. I'm of interest.
Well it’s back on the market. Listed it a while back but my wife decided she didn’t want to sell. Things have changed and it’s time to get rid of it. Since listing it last a few upgrades have been made. The truck is still near perfect. No dents or dings anywhere. The only place in the paint is still on the passenger side of the rear bumper where a previous owner bumped into something just enough to spider the paint. But all the paint is still there. It’s not flaking off or anything. All modifications have been done since about 95,000 miles. Happy to answer any other questions you may have and send any specific pictures you’d want. Asking $23,000 but make me an offer. 2000 Lexus LX470 123,000 miles 3rd owner Southern owned (0...
