Selling my 1990 4Runner. In short, it was mostly very well maintained, especially for the mileage, but the rear brake lines blew out and I haven't been able to get them replaced. It's currently setup with front brakes only, so ideally would be trailered. That said, it does run very well with a nice and smooth idle. It has some notable rust issues.
If the rust and brakes aren't an issue, I'm guessing the rest won't be, either. Nonetheless, I've written up a description already for Craigslist, so I'll copy/paste it here.

Howdy ya'll. Selling my beloved 2001 4runner to fund more cruiser crap. 180,000 on the clock. I just replaced the timing belt, water pump, front cam seals, belts and front brakes. Since I purchased it a few years ago I've flushed the coolant and replaced the radiator, hoses, trans filter and fluid. I'm looking for a clean, rust free and stock or nearly stock 3rd gen 4Runner., which is becoming increasingly difficult. I've had two and sold my last 5 speed truck and have regretted it since.
My wish list:
Rust free is a must
Clean paint preferred (no or minimal oxidation/sun fade)
Must be automatic (for the wife) and 4WD
Mileage isn't too much of a concern as long as it has service records.
Dream color is Imperial Jade (green), but I'm not too picky.

We are selling our 4Runner which is in very good condition for $46,000. It has just under 23,000 miles and we purchased the Toyota Extra Care Warranty which is transferrable and good though 9/2027 or 75,000 miles. There are no dings or scratches on it and comes with weather car mats. No smoking or animals have been in the car.

Time has come to list one of my favorites, my 1987 4runner SR5. I have owned it for the last 8 years or so and haven’t put more than 6-7000 miles on it. It currently has 269,070miles on it and doesn’t see more than a few miles a week. It fires up every time and runs well. It started its life at Downey Toyota in So Cal and was owned by an older lady for most of its life and then purchased by a gentleman who owned a detail shop and then onto a guy in Santa Barbara that took pretty good care of it as well. Then finally ended up in my hands:) It remains mostly stock besides the Softopper in place of the hardtop. The PO took the hardtop off and left it behind at rental property I could not get it back from…alas, no factory...
