1986 Ford f250 extended cab Diesel 4x4 in Oregon
SOLD This Pickup is one of the IDI diesels. It is a 4 speed manual transmission with a very low first gear. It does not have a turbo. From my experience this thing gets FANTASTIC fuel mileage. This model didn't come with turbo and this one doesn't have an after-market one. It has dents here and there and was actually "built" from the best parts of several ford pickups with 1984-1986 vintages in the late 90s-early 2000s, the engine was rebuilt then. We have had no problems with it except the glow-plug relay going out so the last few times I have used it a small puff and ether and it roars to life. I drive it once every month or less. It always starts and runs great. I would not hesitate to get in this thing and drive it anywhere. It is...
'02 Taco Xtra Cab $8000 (Wilmington NC)
Ok my long time companion is up on the block. I never intended on selling, but I have twin toddlers that I need to shuttle to preschool, swim lessons, etc. and the Xtra cab doesn't work for 2 car seats. I'm being punished for my sin of buying a J**p. I thought it would be a fun first vehicle project for my son but he wants something "smaller that gets better gas mileage". What's wrong with kids these days?! Anyway, it's an 82 narrow track Cherokee with a good body, very small amount of surface rust. The 258 inline 6 runs but probably needs work. The tranny definitely needs work. It will sorta go into gear and move but not always. The seats are pretty good and overall it would be an excellent restore project or throw a few bucks in it to have a good hunting/fishing vehicle. I have it listed locally for $1500 but am asking $1000 for MUD members. See photobucket link below...Call Chuck at 912.856.3187 Pictures by chazehen - Photobucket
