Looks like a 1976 with a camo paintjob located on the side of the road "for sale" between Spicewood and Austin on 71. Haven't seen it listed anywhere else.

The truck started life as an 85 Toyota SR5 Extra Cab. Spent most of it's life in Arizona. It has seen one Minnesota winter. Body is solid but has rock rash. Motor was replaced with a rebuild in 1999. The radiator was replaced with new at that time as well.
Engine: Stock EFI, Downey intake kit with K&N, Northwest TRY-Y header, 2.5" exhaust, Flowmaster muffler.
Transmission: Stock 5spd, Northwest "Heavy" flywheel, Centerforce Dual-Friction clutch.
Transfer Case: Marlin dual case, stock gears.
Driveshafts: Tom Woods standard front, Tom Woods extended travel rear .
Front Axle: Detroit Locker, 5.29 Gears, Super Birfields, All-Pro Hi-Steer arms, FJ80 tie-rods.
Rear Axle: Spool, 5.29 gears...
OK... here goes again... 97 LX 450 w/ 82, 400 miles... super clean, excellent condition... LOCKED!! OME 850/860 springs (heavy front, medium rear 3 weeks old!) 5 BFG All terrains, on @ end of May) 285/75/16. All synthetics used (amsoil in motor) Super blue ATE fluid for the brakes (just flushed 3 weeks ago)... Truck is Green/ on gray w/ tan ineterior, all the usual bells & whistlles for the LX (except that phone thing) Hella 1000's on front bumper, new cap/rotor, pcv valve & grommet, new plugs, new brake pads all around (100 series pads up front...they make a better bite...) am now taking $17,500... I paid a bunch more for this truck in May... & that was w/out the extra stuff... am hoping to trade for an older cruiser (prefer an 80...
1968 FJ40 located in Southern Oregon.
Basically stock. Original engine and 3 speed column shift. Runs strong. Recent work: tie rods replaced, center arm rebuilt, parking brake rebuilt, rear disc brakes. Driver and passenger floor pans replaced, front bench reupholstered. Tub is rough but everything else is solid (hard top, hood, aprons, bib, doors).
Need to get this thing gone, willing to deal!

Selling my 1990 4Runner. Bought as an interim truck while my Buick was getting worked on. Runs great A/C works great. Has 33X10.50 Thorbirds on it right now that are pretty much brand new.
V6. Auto. 4WD works but could use CV boots up front. 140K on the ODO, with recent complete tune up by bro's trans shop.
$3500 with Thornbirds. $3100 with the 33X12.50 BFG's back on it.

1987 Toyota pickup, 350 v8 w/ a SAS swap and a Ford 9 inch rear end w/ Moser racing axles.
Here's the low down...
Ex-mud drag truck... either has a broken rod or a broken crank...
SAS mini-truck axle up front, but needs some new springs.
Ford 9-inch rear w/ Moser racing axles... STRONG.
NP205 t-case, currently in 4-low. Can be made selectable.. all you need is a sawz-all and some patience.
MUD TRUCK, so it has virtually no interior. Autometer tach, ignition, oil and fuel pressure gauges and voltage... oh yeah... Nitrous arming and purge too...
300 shot, Nitrous Express system.. WET (i.e. direct cylinder injection)
Motor has a 950 CFM Holley double pumper, w/ an Edelbrock intake and Moroso deep sump drap oil pan...

The only things that have changed from my original posting are, I bought a set of the original front seat brackets to re-install. Because I'm 6-4 I fabricated my own brackets that lower and drop the front seats 4". I'm going to re-install the original brackets and thrown the lowered brackets with the sale (So if you're tall, you've got options - they both just bolt in)) Also, the little crack in the windshield grew 3" so I replaced the front windshield.
That's it, drove it yesterday here in San Diego, 90 degrees and I had A/C on blowing ice...

24K miles, TRD, stock height, matching topper with Yakima rack. I thought we were going to have this forever so I've already switched it to synthetics (Mobil1 75wt gear oil, 5w30 in the engine) and have used only Toyota filters. I also installed the towing package, including the light harness, though all I've ever towed is a bike rack. We also tinted the front windows to match the back, have the alarm/keyless entry, overall in great shape, it does have a cracked windshield...

I now want either a FJ55, FJ45LV, FJ60/62 HJ60 etc. I only need ONE of the above. I want the 4 doors basically. Catch #1 I want an auto tranny, it does not have to be stock just has to work :) . #2 I prefer in Canada but will conside US if it could be worked out. I have never imported a vehicle before. #3 Cheap is good. I do not mind doing work but it has to be in running shape and fixable no a mojor rstoration project OK. The wife spotted a '79 40 in what she described as really good condition. Truck was located in Ringoes, NJ. I went to look at it this evening, but evidently, the owner drives it to and from work, and just plants in on the street during work hours--it was gone when I got there. Asking price is $11K.
I have not seen this truck myself since it was not there when I went to look tonight, but for $11K it better be in pretty good shape! Wife thinks the owner actually dropped the price from some higer amount. Don't know what's in it or how "nice" it is, but if anyone is looking for a restored truck in central NJ, I'd be happy to give it a lookover for you. Color as best as I can get from wifey is a tan...

78 land cruiser FJ40 for sale in OHIO
Hi, I am selling my land cruiser, boo hoo boo hoo. She has a 350 chevy, 4 inch skyjacker lift kit, 33 inch tires, body in fair shape with some rust. she runs good. I do have a xtra transfer case and tranny for her. I am asking $4,000, but will consider any offer, as long as they are reasonable, she has been part of the family for years. She has brand new seats in her out o a 2000 CHEAP, I mean jeep. This is going to break my heart, but I need to get my heating license and the books are expensive. I can e-mail pics. For trade, I have a 1971 Chevy C/10 Pickup. It has 97K original miles and is 95% original. However, it does not have many options. It is 2 wheel drive and looks good. It drives great.
