Hello All,
I bought an M416 that I do not need from a lady in Sacramento. We also bought a Ferret. They will be shipped next week or so. West coast guys can pick it up in Sac or it will be available in Houston soon. I paid retail for it because of her situtation so I don't have any room to negotiate. It is in nice shape as her husband was a WWII collector.

Interesting vehicle, it's likely a custom conversion using an old Chinook body. Inside is pretty empty. Not sure what, if anything, still works. I hopped in and checked it out though, it would be a neat vehicle. Makes you think of the possibilities of taking a 4x4 Toyota and adding the Chinook body onto it...

Hey, before I start cutting and changing my 65 (built in 64) fj40, I thought I would see if anyone wants to buy/trade me for this thing.
The only parts not original are a 78 2f, hub caps and paint (org. spring green). PO painting is messy. It has the factory hard top and doors. If someone were to put a 1f back in it would be original (not #'s matching though). The wheel openings in the rear are solid, great floors, has a little rust under the doors and needs rear sill replaced but mostly very solid.
So to save this 40 from my knife I either need to sell this for what I have bought it for $4000 or trade me your less desirable 40 (less desirable does not mean junky). :flipoff2:
So before I ruin the orig. Buy it or trade me!

I am selling our HJ60 as the room in the driveway is shrinking. The vehicle has been well maintained and has not been giving us any problems. Complete body and paint was done 3 years ago but there is some minor surface rust showing up again that will need attention. Truck has seen some minor off-roading usually related to search and rescue but has never been abused.
4.0 liter diesel with 450,000km.
4spd automatic.
Dual Batteries with a Vanner equalizer box.

Looking to trade 80 series cruiser w/ ome medium heavy lift and front trim packers for leveling,new 35" good year mtr kevlars,trailgear sliders. Most guys here won't like what I've done to this classic cruiser, but "it is what it is".
Also, I'm listing as a 73/74 because I'm really not that sure. The VIN is stamped 73, but from what I've read here, that really doesn't mean it's a 73, could be a 74 It has a factory rollbar, jump seats, and rear reflector lights.

No lockers, almost perfect condition. 150k miles. Was previously owned by fleet mechanic for lax airport and was meticulously maint. New starter, alt, batt, valve cover gasget. No leaks. Runs like new, just drove it from ca to kansas and back this winter and was flawless. Have a growing family, need more room. That is the only reason i am thinking about trading. Love the 80. no dents or dings, there are a few small nicks along the front of the hood from small pebbles, and small scratch on the hood. Other than this the body is perfect.
No Rust anywhere Garage kept.
INTERIOR
Great shape,no tears or cracks on any of the leather.
