Thanks guys, that's what I was thinking, but when I got that recommendation by email, it had me confused and doubting myself.
Is the AB3F 1/4" up travel recommendation for the fronts correct?
Technically speaking, yes you will need to run the longer front with the front spacer. Since you will reduce the overall upstroke max. Assuming you are going with the sensor lift as well.

You want the lca to contact the bumps early enough before bottoming out and putting additional stress on the hydraulic cylinders. That's how im envisioning it.
 
Yeah, you definitely want the LT version for the rear and the ones that are already 1/4" longer in the front.

I probably should get a 2016+ AHC equipped LX570 to put all my parts on
