Thanks guys, that's what I was thinking, but when I got that recommendation by email, it had me confused and doubting myself.
Is the AB3F 1/4" up travel recommendation for the fronts correct?
Technically speaking, yes you will need to run the longer front with the front spacer. Since you will reduce the overall upstroke max. Assuming you are going with the sensor lift as well.

You want the lca to contact the bumps early enough before bottoming out and putting additional stress on the hydraulic cylinders. That's how im envisioning it.
 
Yeah, you definitely want the LT version for the rear and the ones that are already 1/4" longer in the front.

I probably should get a 2016+ AHC equipped LX570 to put all my parts on
 
I finally got my E&E rear shock adapters installed. Received them 2.5 years ago so it was long overdue. For those that have installed the front 13mm spacer, or any similar, does it have a similar feeling to what the rear spacers do?

One of my LCA cams was frozen at 2.5* caster while the other could achieve 3.9* so my caster went back to ~2.5* on both sides. With a spacer in the front will I have enough adjustment in the LCA adjusters to get 4.0* caster if I replace or repair the frozen one back to stock?

its roughly the same concept... same same but different...but same.

It will reduce the amount of AHC pressure to maintain your current ride height. You will essentially have OEM like ride quality at the higher sensor lift. Just have your AHC fluid ready to do a bleed.

Regarding your alignment, it doesnt change alignment UNLESS you tinker with the cam bolts or tie rods ends since you are already aligned to your sensor lift height.

Dont forget to extend the rear brake lines per E&E's rec. I used a Toytec Tundra rear extend brake line kit. With the added droop, things might get tight if you fully flex it.

Getting the ToyTec lines installed is what took me an extra couple years. Tried to tackle the lines myself in 2023 and felt like I was stripping the already corroded brake lines so the project sat on the shelf until I ended up having ToyTec install them a couple months back. Bump stop and rear diff breather extension provisions have been in place for a long time along with the 30mm rear coil spacers.

Which bump stops did you go with? Did you get a kit for the diff breather extension?

This is the exact thing that held up my installation as well. Good to know the Toytec shop will install them for you... I was considering the same thing. I've already rounded the brake fittings with a cheapo brand flare nut wrench. If I fk with it any more, I'll do more harm than good :o
 
I forget the spacer won't affect caster since it's not changing ride height. So it seems I wouldn't need to get realigned after spacer install until I'm ready to deal with the can of worms that is a seized LCA cam adjuster.

Which bump stops did you go with? Did you get a kit for the diff breather extension?
I have the Timbren AOR. For the breather I pulled the hose from top of the diff and put in a fitting that is barbed on both ends from a hardware store and got a longer piece of the same ID hose and spliced it all together.

You’re definitely onto something. I’ll have to dig deeper into this later in the day. Currently trying to get my wife to send me a picture of them next to a tape measure.

If I’m correct. Normal is 3”, extended is 4” and long is 5”?

For this setup of E&E shock mount + 40mm spacer paired with sensor lift. Do I want extended or long?

Also I got unlucky in that I purchased on July 1st… they just announced the new Mk3. Definitely debating whether I should return and purchase the new part and just do it ‘right’ from the get-go.
