Some of you might notice I've been posting a lot recently on the 60 series tech and CLCC pages. However, due to some recent job changes my rational side says I need to do everything to find this truck a good new home. Maybe something will give and I'll get to keep it but for now I'm listing it here.
My FJ62 is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The truck drives well around town and on the highway, the AC blows ice cold, has had all the maintenance it needs to perform like new. Everything functions as it should and she doesn't flinch even in stop and go traffic in 95-degree heat. The truck also has a modern Bluetooth/USB stereo which you can use for hands free calling. 1984 Land Cruiser for sale. Runs great and has been my daily driver. 193,000 miles. Old Emu suspension and new BF Goodrich tires. There's a some rust on the right rear well and a few tears in the driver's seat, but otherwise pretty clean. The vehicle does have a salvage title for a new right front quarter panel and front wheel well. The work was done by Classic Cruisers in Salida, Colorado a few years back. This is an '82, in great running condition with 213K located in Missoula, Montana, USA. The interior was redone by the previous owner, as was the transmission at 125K. Dash is clean, no cracks. No tears or stains in seats. Since I've gotten it my mechanic has replaced a few old hoses, spark plugs, battery, the windshield washer pump, cleaned up the window cranks and adjusted the choke lever. It is running great. Drips about 1 drop of oil per week.
It has a few spots of surface rust on the hood and the roof, a small bubble on the rear fender, and the paint will need to be dealt with in the next couple years but none is through the metal yet, and the headliner over the back end needs to be replaced, but that's it.

Alright, as some of you will recognize, this is the truck from the Craigslist ad I shared a couple of weeks ago. This used to be my truck and it now belongs to a friend of mine who is having a hell of a time selling it on Craigslist, I think we can all agree selling via Craigslist sucks... Rust free 1983 Toyota FJ60 with 151k miles...Bought this as a project a few months ago and there was a small fuel leak fire that burned/melted the wiring harness and multiple AC/vacuum/etc lines.. I replaced it all with original used FJ60 parts and have it running now (still needs some fine tuning, the carb base has a vacuum leak, etc) and it will move. Hardest part was the entire front wiring harness which was entirely pulled and replaced, not hacked up and patched.
To make things easier, I pulled the front clip off and stored it at a relatives barn which to my dismay, collapsed and ruined all those body parts.. I found another set of front fenders/inner wheel wells/hood that are a fair match and also rust free.

Ran into financial troubles and have to sell this beauty. Have yourself a rare piece of LC history with a right hand drive 12-volt diesel HJ. It turns heads and gets all kinds of smiles and has been very reliable. Starts every time and purrs like a kitten. I only drive it on Sundays.

It has come to a point where I have to part with a treasured possession. Quite frankly, I am running out of storage and there is just not enough time to enjoy it. I have several other land cruisers and there is likely another one on the horizon.
This is a 1988 FJ62 in Freeborn Red. It is basically stock with the exception of a newly installed Terrain Tamer suspension and 33 x 10.50 BFG KO2 AT tires. This is a 62 series so it has an automatic transmission and power windows and locks. I have all of my land cruisers worked on by Rob Smith (oddironoffroad.com) in Thomasville, GA. He has been through this truck and kept it in wonderful running condition.

1998 UZJ100 with 233000 miles with ICON stage 1 suspension, slee front bumper, rear locking diff, ARB on board single compressor, metal tech rear lower links, slee skids plates(all but gas tank and steel), coming soon is White Knuckle Off Road sliders. The skids do have physical damage on them. I also have some rocker damage from off roading with out sliders. I have the ebay snorkel installed, wired with CB as well, can be removed if desired.
