Regretfully selling my well maintained and almost completely bone stock FJ60. Freeborn Red, original everything with the exception of a new Old Man EMU suspension (light/medium + greasable pins/shackles). 2F starts, runs and climbs like a scared mountain goat. 172k on the clock. Compression checked in January (165,165,160,168,160,165).
No cracks in dash, stock jockey box and upholstery is clean with no stains or tears. A/C blows cold. Original tool kit and inspection light. Lots of rubber on tires under Costco warranty. New oil pan gasket, front brakes, plugs and K&N air filter. Service records back to the 90's. Truck is in Seattle. Asking $14k.
Figured I would post this up to see if there is any interest.
I'm bringing a 1988 HJ61 back from Europe (where I am currently stationed). The truck should be in Jacksonville, FL by the end of the month and will be registered/titled in Florida.
Long story short, the powers that be have changed my path and decided to send me to Key West, FL (bum deal in know :D) and I won't have the time or garage space to give the truck a proper restoration.
For those who know, the Keys are not the best environment for vehicles prone to rust. I'm not too concerned as I don't plan on doing any body work there, but I feel this truck deserves better.
If someone is interested in getting a low mileage LHD 61 with a 12HT and H55 that needs some body...

FJ62 for sale near Raleigh, NC. This FJ has only been driven by 2 adults, original owner and me. 301k miles, original 4.0 liter inline 6 cyl., 4-speed auto trans. garage kept. Selling my 1985 FJ60. I have owned it for about 4 years, and am the third owner. It has spent its entire life in New Mexico, and is rust free. I have done extensive interior and exterior work to it, as listed below. ODO read 242k when I purchased it, and I have only put about 5000 miles in it since then- mostly used on road, weekends, carting around my Great Dane.

83' Diesel Landruiser. $3500 OBO. 3b engine with unknown hours. Fybrid straight veggie oil kit with 17 gallon tank. The cruiser has good oil pressure and runs fine, but it's old. We've owned it for 10 years and have traveled all over the country and Mexico with it and have performed considerable troubleshooting over the years to keep it running. It should go to someone who appreciates working on vehicles.
We have a bunch of spare parts including a h55 transmission, injector pump, starter, alternator

I have seen these things go for all sorts of prices and I'm looking to get the most I can out of them because the job was a nightmare and I lost my ass on it. I bought this truck as a trail rig for Central Oregon as our family's first foray into off-road adventuring. It's been 100% bulletproof and we've loved it, but as our interests have expanded and we're talking about trips to Moab, Glacier, or Alaska this just wasn't the right truck anymore. I bought a 98 Land Cruiser to equip for overland expeditions, and need to sell our beloved Land Shark to help pay for that build.

I found this Land Cruiser back in October 2013 in Frazier Park, CA. It was one of few completed FJ’s left on an older gentleman’s ranch who used to restore them. In 2006, he installed a 3FE engine from an FJ62, H55 5 speed and an old man EMU 3’ lift kit. During the engine swap, he re-sprayed the frame and changed the body color from sand to white. The interior was finished with custom door cards, tuff duck seat kit, custom sound system, inverter and new OEM carpet.
Before I hit a 1000 mile coastal route home to Portland, OR, it was serviced at C&S Automotive in Santa Barbara. To get things up to spec, they replaced the master cylinder, proportioning valve, front rotors and pads, rear shoes...
