Body is dented and rusty. Frame is rusty from the rear doors back. Rear shock mount bar rusted off but I kept it so it can be duplicated and replaced so it currently has no rear shocks installed but that never stopped me from driving it between Conway and Little Rock or around town. I had rock sliders made and we welded them directly to the frame to strengthen it. Rear bumper replace the dented and rusty rear bumper and cross member. Rear bumper is made from 1/4" steel and has a receiver built into it. I never painted it since we welded it together last summer. It also has rear quarter sliders I never installed because the rear quarters were already well rusted.

I'm located near Dallas, TX and have a 2008 DoUble Cab 4x4 Tundra SR5 package with 5.7L v8. 197k miles. Having a tune up done today. New wires, plugs and fluids. Always have ran Mobil 1. Would be interested in a trade for a FJ60/62 with a v8 conversion or possibl a 80 with diesel. My truck is in good condition. Has tow mirrors, 35" Goodrich ATs on 17" rock warrior rims. Leveling kit. Iron cross winch bumper and 8000 lb winch. Color is slate.
My Dad is on the verge of pulling the trigger on this cruiser and I am wondering if it is anyone on here. Or if anyone on here knows about the rig. Motor and transmission were rebuilt around 50k miles ago he says and overall the rig looks great from the pictures supplied. The seller is going to be sending some undercarriage pictures to my Dad since none were supplied in the ebay listing. I feel like $15k isn't all that bad of a price considering the condition of the rig.

This was my wife's birthday present last year, it was a southern California car its whole life, NO RUST, and we have put thousands into it making it a suitable daily driver. This truck has been meticulously maintained its whole life with only 2 owners and less than 121K miles. The odometer started acting funny around 113K so the previous owner decided to just put a new OEM odometer in it which is now reading just over 7000 miles. This is a buddies truck on Vancouver Island, I have driven it and can only say I feel the engine was rebuilt due to the power it makes, H55 transmission and factory Air Conditioning(not working..) Frame is rusted badly and would make a great drive train swap..still a daily driver...

Picked this up a few weeks ago and I just have to many projects going. 1987 FJ60 stock. Runs good but has a few issues. needs a water pump, at some point a head gasket. most of the interior is in good shape. No Rust. dented passenger fender and door. 4X4 works good its having issues going into 2nd gear Im going to replace the slave and install a adjustable clutch rod ( I think that will take care of it ) I think I have a line on a replacement door. I went thru this rig and it would make a Great project. I have replaced the wheels that came on it with factory rims. Rockers and rear 1/4 panels rusted and replaced. Rocker gaurds were cut out and replaced with 16ga stainless steel. welded in. Rear 1/4 panels were cut from doner and welded in. top coat in fibreglass. primed and undercoated in process.
Doors are original and in very good condition - no issues.

This is a 1989 fj62 Landcruiser that has definitely seen better days. It has about 210,000 miles on it and the engine runs good but the transmission has been having problems. It is the efi version and doesn't seem to have any engine problems. It does have bad rust spots on the quarter panels and many other numerous spots. It appears to have some sort of lift on it with ome shocks on it. The ignition is broken and currently gets started with a screwdriver. ( I know of another 60 in town that has an extra so with a little extra I can get this.) The rest of the interior is in decent condition other than not having a radio. Up for sale is my 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62. There are 260K on the the odometer and the body is in really great shape.
99% Rust free. There are a couple of very small spots that have some very minor surface rust but nothing is going through any of the metal.
Interior is clean for it's age. There have been floor mats down since new but there are places where the carpet is faded or stained but nothing major.
