Up for sale is my 1988 FJ62. I purchased this Land Cruiser in January of this year with plans on doing a 3FE conversion, front disc brake swap, and power steering conversion on my 1971 FJ40. After much deliberation, I've decided to keep my FJ40 stock. I've considered parting out the FJ62 myself, but it is a complete running Land Cruiser that I'd hate to tear up if someone else might be able to use it. The body is rusty, there is no carpet, but as a testament to these vehicles, this thing has always started and runs down the road straight and smooth. The odometer is showing 193761 miles. 1989 Direct Japanese import, right hand drive DIESEL Landcruiser. This truck has had some extras put on it (I have them listed below) but is has original paint and interior in great condition considering it's age. Please note this truck is RIGHT HAND DRIVE. Toyota doesn't sell a diesel option in the US so these have to be imported. It is easy to get used to and drive-thrus and traffic are no problem.

Well, the time has come for me to part ways with my champagne-coloured 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62. It's a wrench, but I need a bigger vehicle. Since I've had her I've put around $10k in to making her a daily driver (I can provide receipts). The majority was done at Molle Toyota, a few things at Weaver's over in Shawnee (Previous owner's shop of choice). This car has been my daily driver since March and has never left me stranded, the engine and transmission are strong, 4WD works like a charm. I had her out in the snow and the traction was unbelievable! Now, this is a 27 year old truck and it is not perfect -- I would describe it as survivor that has been kept completely stock.
