Your Thoughts on Color Choice FST Model (1 Viewer)

I have a 1972 FJ40 factory soft top with only 42,000 original miles. It was in a barn in Indiana since 1979. I am doing a nut and bolt frame off restoration and I am struggling with what color to paint it. It was originally rustic green with white canvas top. I like to keep everything as original as possible, however I am not sure that rustic green would appeal to the most buyers. I like the nebula green color. From your experience, what are your thoughts?

I am biased, Olive Green 653 which I believe did not officially come out until 1974 or 1975. Post up some pics that will help as well. Enjoy the new project.

I would say whatever color you like since it's yours but since you're flipping it dune beige or freeborn red.

personally, I'm not into colour changes ... I say factory original and I'd look for it if I was buying ...

If you are indeed going "nut and bolt" on it, I would suggest keeping it stock. Plus it will be easier and cheaper than doing a proper color change.
