Mine started with Mini truck and 40 i bought when looking at 55s finally bought Blue from @nuclearlemon years later

So had Mini truck that started it (ad said son of landcruiser.) 40, 80, 62, 3-55s down to 1 know, 2-100 series one was wifes, amd her LX570. Dent sides are awesome owened 5 or 6. Dont remember.

And Many more . Me tired now .

Fell in love with them as a teenager in the early 80's. Got a junkyard pig for $500 and haven't stopped spending money on them yet. 40 years later.

For some reason I was just drawn to the pig. I saw one and thought it was so cool especially the front grille view. Yes the rest is literally a box but I just had to have one. I spent almost two years looking for one that ran but had limited rust. Found one after looking at 12 or so and bought it. Had a lot more rust underneath than I thought but Bob your floor panels and full set of four mount brackets gave it back some integrity. Also got the scuff guards for the bling too! Had to build both rockers back piece by piece since you were out. Love this thing and the two Pig Parties I have been to have been a lot of fun. I even had a drive last weekend where nothing went wrong or broke or needed tweaking.

I always liked the (original) ugly duckling of the cruiser family.. and the fact you're likely to be the only one on the road driving one these days... and I needed an old cruiser to replace the BJ42 I had before.. the 2024 70 series seems to have taken the ugly duckling title away from the iron pig so who knows..
