Did you read the post I responded too?? It had nothing to do with the people who lost money .It had everything to do with DVS and you guys jumping on Dave for continuing production of products most of us still want. And now will get when the order is placed. CAN YOU READ THE WORDS ON THE SCREEN ??? Now I must leave this fine thread for another 4 months My IQ dropped 40 points just from reading some of this far.

Did you read the posts yourself? TYPING IN ALL CAPS DOESNT MAKE YOU RIGHT.

Who jumped on Dave?

What because he specifically stated Joey had input and had him up on his site then changed his tune when he realized the guys Joey stole money from didn't like that? That's a pretty legitimate concern and everyone moved on once he backtracked on it, you're only the one drawing attention to it now with your cute little posts.

If anything everyone went easy on him and supported him even with his insulting overreaction to a legitimate concern.

Go crawl back into your hole, quit while you're behind buddy you're not doing Dave any favors or yourself.....you're right your IQ can't afford to lose the points. Next time you want to chastise someone maybe actually think about what you're saying, probably not the smartest idea for a vendor to come to a thread of guys who got ripped off by another vendor and try to insult them over something he couldn't even grasp.

I think there is something in the water in Colorado. :flipoff2:

These guys all know each other personally which is great but maybe a thread where guys are pissed about being ripped off by one of your colleagues isn't the best place to further your business and tout each other especially if you're going to insult those same pissed off guys to do it......try reading the room before you open your mouth for your own gain and business relationships. Not exactly the right place for that to say the least.

@Francis K Why so angry? Seems you spend 95% of your free time on here bitching about Vendors. Well at least for the last year. Thats all I could take looking through your old posts. So sad man. I'm not here for business reasons and really couldn't care what you think. You are right alot of us do know each other in person. Because we get out and do things instead of complaining about vendors. I'm just a small repair shop that sells a part we stock every now and then Sure I'm listed as a vendor for SAS because its a great event and even know I rarely do business with any of them It is my way of giving back. If you have an issue with me I will be there this year, again. Come speak to me about it in person.

I have to ask How much money did you lose with wits end?
How much did you lose with Toyota Matt?
Seems you have spent most of the last year complaining about them.
Sometimes it is better being happy than right Hope you find some peace.

In closing for the record I feel bad for the turbo guys who lost money it sucks. But they took legal action and it's done. Hope you guys got something.

Yea that entire post was meaningless deflection.

Buddy you're a vendor.

Who came on to a thread of people pissed for being ripped off by a vendor.

For the sole reason of talking down to them in defense of another vendor, mind you one that didn't need defending.

Is that difficult to grasp for you?

Perhaps not because you actually showed some self awareness and didn't talk down to the guys who got ripped off this time, good on you.

Not to derail the current state of this thread but I thought some might like to hear some good news (at least on my end)
My transaction dispute I submitted for not receiving the QPM I ordered was paid back to me.
I will bet that the bank is the one that paid it and it did not come directly from WE, but counts as a win in my book.
I hope that everyone involved gets a favorable outcome and that whoever makes products similar to the WE products has a better plan and execution for delivering them to the consumer.

Wow
A lot of the threads that I watch get dropped and that sucks.
This is one that got dropped and I’m glad !

FWIW, I have met Dave at Delta several times and he is a really good dude and a very passionate cruiser head.

I have bought a few things from Delta VS that was formerly carried by Wits End and I plan on buying the QPM when it is time. I need to figure out which electrical option I need that Delta VS offers for the QPM.

I haven't spent a red cent at Wits End. I will not support a vendor who attacks paying customers just asking where their order is.

I am unaffiliated with the bankruptcy and am only posting the info below as it's available online currently.

For those involved (perhaps @PDXDave67 ), please consider asking the Oregon court to redact personal information on the pending orders spreadsheet in the docket or otherwise provide a redacted document. There are hundreds of customer's emails, phone numbers, and addresses available in that document online - and our forum members that got ripped off don't need insult added to injury. DM me or email me if you need further details.

According to a record filed to the bankruptcy case, our boy had $188k in pending orders awaiting fulfillment (some of that were turbos) and then another $100k in turbo orders unfulfilled. Combined he'd not fulfilled over $300k.

Of that $188k, roughly $100k was from orders placed after this thread was started by @quickdraw in July of 2023.

There's risk in dealing with small businesses, especially home-run businesses that serve small niches. Threads like this and others in this part of the forum can serve an important role in protecting customers. Whether it is a small business or a large business, we deserve decent, if not good, customer service.

Thanks to all who started the breadcrumbs here and elsewhere.

Wow, thanks for posting this. I was able to find myself listed in the document. Took about 5 minutes of googling.
