New hood bumpers:

Clutch inspection cover with new gasket material. The OEM gasket kit for the cover is discontinued so you kinda have to improvise. I used OEM air filter housing gasket material, cut it in pieces, followed to the best of my ability the schematic and use FIPG to hold in place. It was a bit sloppy, but it worked. Also, used new bolts to install into place as well.

THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID X 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

I think it's too pretty to put into a truck. It should be on display in a museum.

Cover your tranny shifter hole or yer going to drop something in there you can't get out.

That is looking really good from here.

Back a page I see this:

I'm gonna fly out there and drop in a sheet metal screw if you don't stuff a rag in there today. I inverted a plastic cup on mine and duct taped it in place.

And, do you have a date picked yet for the install?

Bummer, I had a perfect inspection cover that peeled right off with no tears, completely reusable. I threw it away when I blasted/painted the cover. :(

Does anyone else sense some "mission creep"?

The core support, front panel, the crossmember, and top support are all going to my body shop to have cleaned and sprayed new.

Axle housing is looking a little rough. Better start working on those too while you're at it.
