One correction...this is not MJ’s (@mcguirejohnson )HDJ81 but rather an 80 that he’s transplanted an 81 drivetrain into. This is a build he’s doing for a customer. So he’s now calling it a HDJ80 Poverty-pack with a sunroof :). The donor was a RHD 81 with a 1HDT/H151 part time with locked axels. Gonna be a sweet truck. Transplanting the JDM interior as well as 16” FZJ80 Steelies. Slinky coils and slee 2.5 resivoir shocks. And it’s packing Jason’s control arms. fortunately his customer is his best friends dad so he will get to see it down the road.

That’s gonna be an incredible truck. 80 series steelies are the bees knees.

Sub’d. Magic indeed.

Out at the barn today with @FJ73Texas and his newest Cruiser, a PZJ70. It’s a very cool 5 cylinder diesel. We were buffing out some scratches on the fender the he recently acquired during some maintenance.

Jimmy is putting the finishing touches on his paint job for Mcguire’s build. Just look at the mirror finish on this Cruiser. After on seven coats of paint!

I’m just cutting the new carpet for the 80 and getting it laid down...

Couldn’t you have at least gotten Jimmy to smile?! There the man is all candid w/ his face so close to a soft taco pucker. Jeez.

I can just imagine he’s stealth like in his photo shooting... as stealth like as my kid is in pressing play for yet another obnoxious kid tv show on Netflix.

Without any more details, all I can speculate is that Jim did not travel but 1/4 mile to the backyard body farm to lug one of his 80s to da barn. I am sticking to this until the damn tease shenanigans is over.

CD... we just drove 3 and a half hours (one way) to pickup the 80 in the picture above. A locked 94.

Nice job guys!

For you Ryan or to tuck under a 60. Do I smell another Frankenstein in the works?

Hehe. You yard art warriors! Awesome.
