Jimmy worked on @lohdown 60 as well. He’s getting really close to extinguishing all the electrical gremlins on that cruiser.

Ryan... I thot the 80 wasn’t gonna be another Princess?

Lol! It’s kind of unintentionally turning out to be that way. I’m not doing any more paint and body work on it though, so it won’t be quite as polished as Cream Puff. Actually... I do have one small patch of rust to repair on the rear window hatch, but after that, no more.

First dent or branch scratch and she’ll be parked next to cream puff. ;)
You know I’m only yanking your chain.

You can only have one cream puff. Don't be like Jeff who won't wheel his 80 when there's a chance of getting "Texas pin striping."

Bahahahaha! You’re right Cim! That’s why I’m not touching the paint. I don’t want to worry about what happens on the trail.

I’m building this 80 into everything that I wanted my 60 to be when I bought it. I just decided to go the other way with the 60.

I’ve heard it referred to as Redneck Pinstripes too.

Jimmy does (rare) housekeeping. His broom technique looks similar to how you use a basting brush in a Parts washer. Guess he learned house sweeping after parts washing.

Jimmy has good taste in sublime 60s and scotch. Well earned scotch after brooming.

I don’t remember a ice machine in the barn.
no ice machine or fridge in the barn. Actually do it this way on purpose. Then I have to walk to the house (couple Hundy ‘) If I want a beer or possibly a glass of ice :). Otherwise I might be loaded 100% of the time :). So today I decided to diversify a bit. Been a few years since I pulled the 81 out of the garage. The AC is flat so I’m working on that. Found an O/-ring on the high pressure line going into the compressor that was all jacked up

I need to get down to see you guys. The rents are still in Midland and need to make it a point to swing by. I'll bring the Johnny Walker Blue and some cigars.

A couple of old Red Raiders chewing the fat over a smooth scotch and an Ashton ESG (I'll bring)... Sounds just right.
