You guys got to it before someone we know might have. ;) Capish??

I should have known. There are some 80 wheels in pic of Jimmy’s truck.

Yep CD...I owe another find to Mr. Monroy. He Has found more than half of what’s sitting in the out back. And I brought some spare tires as this one had a couple blown out. This was a theft truck. Stolen 6 years ago, then high centered on a stump in the Sam Houston National Forest. Owner did not report it since he did not have full coverage. It sat in the woods for a year and half before the Sherrif dept found it. By that time the cherry ride had been vandalized and the radiator was stolen. He trailered it home and then Monroy found it :)

I know Cim. It’s ridiculous but there’s truly a diagnosis for what I have :). And unfortunately I’ve overloaded myself with working on cruisers other than mine

Looks like the John Deere is bring the frankincense and myrrh.

Spent some time in the manger with @CenTXFJ60 and @CaptClose. We caught Jimmy doing rare housekeeping. He is great with a broom.

We also refreshed the cooling system on @CaptClose’s 80 he recently bought. Also did water pump, hoses, front crankshaft seal, and oil pump gasket.

We also worked on Jimmy’s elusive AC gremlins. We are getting closer.

My dogs got a feel of what it is like to be in the magic barn with grease monkeys.

@CaptClose’s 80 engine sounds like a Swiss watch. Sweet rig.

Good pic of some iconic rigs!

View attachment 1722143 After you guys left I was walking between the house and barn...it then hit me that there were 4 cruisers (Ha...same as Johns mud name. @4Cruisers )with 12HT’s in and around the barn. Now that’s really cool to me :)
When my wife and I were in Carcross, Yukon Territory, a couple of weeks ago I spotted a very nice high roof 60-Series in the parking lot at the White Pass and Yukon railroad station. What model would that have been?

Hard to say John. I’m not an expert but believe HJ60 & 61’s came with the optional high roof. Did it have any turbo stripes (61) and was it RHD (most likely an imported 61). Look forward to seeing you and the new truck in August :)

Don't know for sure, just saw it from a distance.

The '86 FJ60 may be ready for next week's festivities in Arizona, if not, certainly by SAS #2.
