@Junglejack How much mpg hit did you observe? Can you be more specific on ride quality? Noise? Humming on the highway? Handling of the car? We had a sequoia with LTX MS2, and really like how quite and smooth it was, so I am leaning toward that tire. We never need to have an AT tire since we do very little offroad, but I wanted to do more with the LC, and maybe participate in HIH next year, which I think may require more aggressive tire like KO2.
Size wise, I been going back and forth between 275/70 R16 (stock) or 285/75R16 or 265/75 R16. Ideally I like to have have 285/75 KO2, but I am not sure how the ride quality compare to LTX MS2. Also have to consider the drop of mpg - the vehicle is my wife daily drive. 285/75 tire seems to be about 12-15 lbs heavier than stock.
Michelin LTX AT2 seems to be a good compromise between on and off road. Lots to consider for sure.
Appreciate any feedbacks.
