Getting there. Now to run a brake switch wire to the middle bulbs

Ahhhh, I love Spring, with its burst of colors!
Yesterday I took apart my steering wheel, pulled it, removed my blinker switch, and cleaned all of the contacts. The main one that needed work was the high beams. I cleaned contacts, then re-tensioned the contacts, greased all moving parts with a small tube of dielectric grease I had. Now the high beams work. I've still got one turn signal that comes on and doesn't blink. I'm going to look into that today. I may try another blinker/flasher unit.
I think I also have a marker light out.

Well since Saturday to Tuesday I've been working on the back wheel bearings and brakes, then suddenly when I was ready to ride it won't started. So the problem was the alternator and voltage regulator
But now I'm looking the wiper motors but I don't find them, I don't remember where I left them. I'm afraid that I have to buy them if someone knows about some replacements I'll be thankful. It's a Fj40 1963 corrugated

Make sure you check all the bulbs and grounds on your marker lights/turn signals before replacing the flasher relay - especially if only one side doesn’t blink.
I ended up misdescribing the problem
The blinker didn't turn on, and the 2 rear bulbs did, but didn't blink due to having too light a load.
Once I cleaned the ground for the front left blinker, now it turns on, and blinks. Both sides, same speed too. I also tightened a ground on the right rear marker light and now I've got a full set of working markers.
Don't want to get a ticket.
Spent the last week putting a new head on the LV. While I had it apart and accessible, I did some detailing under the hood and to the firewall. Got it buttoned up yesterday and was only missing an oil filter, which I picked up today from the Toyota dealer. I'll fire her up after work this afternoon. Ready for Summer!

Thank you. I'm getting antsy to drive it. It's only been five weeks since I pulled it apart, but I miss kicking around in her.
Since my 72 FJ40 has a tilt steering column installed by the PO, my turn signal indicator had the end tip missing, so I created one!
Trail 42 which has been closed for 15 years north of Scottsdale and just opened less than a month ago. Not a soul on the trail on a Wednesday afternoon.!
What a difference from the east coast…you have to really hunt for something this beautiful. It’s not just “along the trail”

Broke Mr. Myagi out for a little spring time exploring after an oil change, water pump replacement and general lube session.

No more zip ties anymore. (at least not in this spot) Replaced the short piece of flex rubber heater duct inside the cab with an NOS OEM one thanks to @hyhpe. The factory OEM duct is a much better fit than the aftermarket one that required zip ties to secure it in place.
Also, replaced braided fuel line and barb connections with a nice clear fuel line and fittings kit from Justin at Redline. Gotta love starting out the day by lying flat on your back while gasoline runs down your arm and into your face while trying to get the new fuel line onto the the hardline on the frame rail. After a prolonged period of no-go while gasoline continued to puddle on the floor I used a heat gun to soften the new fuel line just enough to get it to slide over the fitting. (of course, I realize that Toyota stopped using the clear plastic fuel line after 1969, but I think that it just goes well with the glass bowl filter.
Waiting on deck: changing out the Old Man Emu shocks and damper for Dobinsons.

I have one from Cruiser Corps that I’d be happy to give you. Not sure of what model years it fits. It’s is 1970.

That’s awesome. I’ve looked at that hose on their site a few times but overall I haven’t been overly impressed by the parts and pieces I’ve gotten from them.
Maybe if it passed through your hands it’s better?
The outlet on my box is ovoid. Let me look into it and I’ll PM you.

Fired off the LV after the head swap/valve job on the F-135. I realize now how poorly it had been running before I finally pulled it apart. I had been tuning around the problem for the last year or so (but it didn't see many miles). It's running better than I had thought possible.
