This makes a lot of sense... especially for someone without a thermostatic fan clutch. My direct-drive always-on fan keeps my radiator too cool this time of year and my heater sucks. It's been getting chilly here in the mornings, and i had my hood up (for different reasons).
Figured it was a good time to make this year's radiator block-off. I find it helps warm up the engine quicker and keeps the heater output lukewarm at least.
Had to go through a few beer to make it, but no sacrifice is too great for my Pig

Always happy to help. This is an old, old-school solution. Just don't forget to remove it come Spring. This makes a lot of sense... especially for someone without a thermostatic fan clutch. My direct-drive always-on fan keeps my radiator too cool this time of year and my heater sucks.

I will look and try to find the info for you. It was made on the east coast and took a while to get. No bows just full of gear and it’s new. Very well made.@ENDO where do you get that cover for your m416? Are you also using some sort of bow system under it?
