Loving that! :cool:
*My Christmas came early from Mrs. Claus....... I’ve gotten too heavy for the Naish plus the new board boasts a setup that I can try fly fishing from!

This board has inserts for a rod holder rack/cooler........ It’s rated for up to 300lbs so I should be good 🤣

Drove it & added some parts provided by @cwags12 ;
I replaced a broken vent window latch, added the long since lost spare tire carrier handle rubber nipple and lower ambulance hinge covers.

No time for pics as I was having too much fun!

$15K, ran when parked, clean, all original, no lowballs, I know what I've got.
Yes that is typically how the ad would read on Craigslist, good one Ryan!

I have had a similar discussion with a guy in a ‘68 Shelby GT350 last summer. Pretty amazing how our 40’s attract attention!
If there was only some place to drive in a '68 Shelby? I grew up in the passenger seat of my dad's '66 Cuda, and I have no desire to take a spin in a fast, or sporty, car, and I used to love it. I'd rather garner the attention of mule deer with ponderosa pine needles in my radiator screen.

Now, if I could only put an end to the burn-outs performed by that driver of a SBC FJ40 on my lawn at 3:30 in the morning, just to prove a point about the 2F in the driveway? Oh, well, I'll take it snail pace and pay for the same gas/mile anyway.

I totally agree. I really enjoy the places our 40’s take us👍 A performance car is really only “in its element” on a road course, certainly not any public road. ‘66 Cuda.........your Dad had excellent taste! The old Mopars were very special. I am sure your Dad would approve of the 40 though too, they are also very special. I think it is fair to say there won’t be another like either. Merry Christmas 🎄!

Visiting our #3 son for Christmas; went for a ride in his 60:
