Am thinking of returning the KC Daylighters--tried to think of different places to put them but it would look crowded and too busy-- PTO winch takes up a lot of room and license bracket does not help either. Maybe better to have clean front end; I have halogens anyway. Later. Martin
I know what you mean about lack of room with the PTO in place. Just glad my Oregon Special Interest registration means I can omit the front plate. Much cleaner look up there without it. This is an older picture, the winch is off mine now as I am cleaning and repainting the frame and tow hooks and such.

Finally installed my RTT. Sorry for the indoor pictures but it’s raining again.

@Maryt

I posted pics of fog brackets I built and slipped under tow hooks, your problem there is blocking those cool bib lights. So as to not block bib markers how about off the pto guard bolts?

Also, perhaps you could find/build a bracket that clamps to the pto guard so as to place the KC’s closer to the bib.

Got a head gasket kit from Cruiser Outfitters.:clap: Because of this. It's been a very small leak for awhile but recently got worse. Thought I would find one cylinder quite a bit cleaner than the others. Upon reviewing gasket it was #6. Took head down to shop to have it done. Ordered new springs and valve holders from Toyota. Still waiting on one package of valve holders lost in transportation somewhere.:bang::bang:

Installed the fancy JW Speaker 8700 Evo J2’s turns out flicker must have been from high beam switch, some usage and no more flicker.

Thank you. I’ve owned two 40s over the years but none as nice as this. PO did a good job on maintaining and swapping out worn out parts. Has some surface rust on the frame I’ll need to get a little POR15 on, and a few other odds and ends. But mostly it just needs to be driven

i finished puting new gaskets and seals in my tranny and transfer case and PTO

@GadgetPhreak as I am getting my full size Confer Rack cleaned up and ready for paint. I was wondering how much weight can be safely carried on top? I was planning on using 4 of @65swb45 Marks mounting brackets on each side FWIW. Thanks
