Fixed up the dash light tonight by soldering in a super bright LED but left the green tinted lens in place. Almost too bright in comparison to the gauge light. Going to have to do that next.

That looks great!! I have one that is showing its age (1970) and was thinking about pulling it off and restoring it. Do you know a good source for the Toyota emblem in the center?
What is your wheel width Mark? Tire and wheel combo looks perfect!Put some new meats on the front of the lwb. View attachment 1356256
Thanks!! As soon as I get home, it is on my to-do list.I restored my old one. You can dig a bit and get the center piece separated. then paint the wing and toyota part off white then shoot the pewter color after that. To get it cleaned up and the old paint off, you first have to lightly blast it with glass beads.
This is all done from the back side of course. Keeping the front side Shiney!

No, I don't know the owner, just saw it parked on the side of the road. Thanks for sharing Jen. That's a nice 40! Is it a friend of yours?
Did away with the in cab tankAre your rear shackles on backwards? Good work on the fuel tank! That's on my list at some point. Did you keep the in-cab tank too and run duals?
