Those spacers look nice! Which brand?

I don't usually do Ebay, but these sizes were not readily available when I got them. They've thankfully proven to be pretty solid. Though I'd probably opt for the Bora ones today for the 75" sizing. Though I do wonder how they can make them that thin without potential compromises?

Nicely done! I'm a fan of AL extrusion and sheet metal construction for stuff like this. Light weight and can be built incredibly sturdy.

Not only that but is so much more dimensionally efficient. If 3/4 ply, I’d lose 4-1/2” of width - 11%.

Well 200 dudes, I appreciate the hospitality these last couple weeks, thanks again for having me over. But alas, I passed on Fireball's 200 today so it could get its bumpers and sliders installed. I did manage to test out the Crawl mode once, washed it a couple times, and did my best to return it in better condition than it was when I borrowed it. It's been fun, here are my after pictures... looking forward to seeing this truck and its owner again soon.

I will need to start a build thread soon, but it was a busy weekend here getting ready for Moab in less than 2 weeks. I picked up an ARB 63 qt fridge, pulled the third row and carpet to prep for installing a fuse block and ARB drawers this week, trimmed/removed the most forward part of the front mud flaps, installed ARB tow points after sanding, priming and painting the frame end caps to make them look nice and prevent rust, installed a CB (will be doing HAM in the next couple months after I find time to take the exam), added a silly PA speaker behind the grill (used to be fun in high school - probably will get me in trouble), removed the running boards in preparation for sliders next week (looks lifted now even though it's not - next week it will get BP51s) , mounted an H3R Halgard HG250R with an H3R bracket in front of the driver's seat, and probably other stuff I'm forgetting. It's getting brakes later this week as well. Super busy, but that's what happens when you need to get a bone stock truck ready for fun in 2 weeks!

I have a PA in my Tundra. It’s one of my favorite mods. I use it on the freeway when I see someone going 60 in the fast lane so they can respond to a text.

I just say, “TEXTING AND DRIVING IS AGAINST THE LAW!” And they drop their phone and lane change. Hahaha.

Got the windows tinted on the 2018 Saturday.
20% black to match the rear windows.

Still waiting on the body shop to paint my fender flairs. Stopped by Friday for a color check, we agreed it was a little too dark, going by again after work to look at some new test spays. hopefully they have a match and can get the flairs painted tomorrow. My Wheels and tires came in last Thursday. If all goes well from here I might have everything wrapped up by Wednesday night. Then I will get some finished pics taken and posted up .

This is the one I'm using from H3R. I think it's incredibly overpriced at ~$90, but it's the second one I've purchased and installed in a 200. Not many good options out there, so it will work.

Tim - many thanks for all your efforts! Rack looks awesome and I can't wait to get the truck back and use it. We had 30 nights in the truck/camper in 2017, hoping to break that number in 2018.

It looks like you used .75" Bora wheel spacers on the front.
Do you know the length of the studs that replaced the OEM wheel studs?

Went with a friend to Big Bear to test the new suspension, took a right turn off 2N01 and went on Heartbreak Ridge trail. First time on 3 wheels, first time sliding sideways into a boulder, Slee sliders doing their job. Took a couple of stressful hours but made it down following my friend's line. Vegetation scratches both sides. Needless to say the suspension worked well and clearance was only an issue a few times. For a beginner very addictive and yeah, I'm ready to do it again.

Tonight's project, so glad I finally got this done. These things have been sitting in my shop at work for almost a month.

Originally I wasn't a fan of the black interior, but it's growing on me. The gray carpeting on these things really match well.
