Nick, can you get the seats in Tan? The bolsters in my other cars are spoiling compared to the freakin bench in these things.

They only come on black. I looked for tan seats, but didn't want to have a oddly colored tan seat in the 100.

This past weekend I completed a year-long sojourn to refurbish the truck, in a “keep it for the rest of my life” maintenance marathon. It was great fun, except for the frozen cone washers, rear shock top nuts, crank pulley bolt, and rust-welded exhaust nuts. At the start of the work last year, I rewarded myself with my first new set of sockets— they now no longer look new. I lost remarkably little blood and almost no time to injury. It took a year because although it’s not my daily driver, it was used for many long trips during that time. The last thing this past weekend was re-installing F&R driveshafts with new u-joints. In addition to replacing all the parts listed below, I cleaned the throttle body/mass air-flow sensor, did a complete fluid change (oil in all 3 diffs, PS, transmission, and engine, plus all new coolant), lubed the spindle bearings, and did an exterior wax and interior leather treatment. The only other thing I want to do this summer when it’s warm is to get after the rust underneath with some POR-15. It’s 10 years old this month, with 100,000 miles; here’s to another 10/100,000. MUD was invaluable; I spent a lot time searching and reading about the work before actually doing each job and it saved me a lot of grief. I know there will always be more to do as age/mileage continue, but that's the next round of fun.

Verified all four tires had air in them by kicking them.

Swapped radiators yesterday. I think I found my cooling issue.

Bake the lights at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly and then carefully pry the lenses off the reflector housing. It will crack and the plastic will break along a clean line and must be reglued when finished. Once the halves are separated you can pop out the amber lens. I didn't use silicone to reseal them, I used butyl tape for windshields. Autozone carries it.

Used the butyl tape to seal third brake light too. Also baked open the headlamps and removed the plastic light deflector in the parking lamps so now my LED parking lamps shine nicely now.
