lol, it was actually on mostly a quartering headwind to crosswind over varied terrain with gradual hills ranging from just above sea level to about 800' above sea level. You forgot to mention it was all downhill with a large sail and 50mph tailwind.![]()
That would be good. I usually just do the math, miles driven / gallons put in.Nice! I’ve only gotten up to 17.5 per Fuelly. My mpg-ometer is always a little optimistic. 420 miles to a tank is awesome though. I may have to start using the odometer to see if my miles to empty ends up being far off too. It usually gives me 365ish miles to empty on a fill up.
Change your cabin air filters as well.I've heard a VERY small ticking noise for years...this weekend it turned into a different noise, only when on the msx AC "dot". I decided to drop and check/clean my AC blower motor...ah ha! I started my truck and played with the AC levels, noise was gone. Took me 10 min. We'll see...

I don't think my 99 has cabin air filters...Change your cabin air filters as well.
You’re gong to make some Prius driver very unhappy when he gets behind you merging onto the freeway.
I can't imagine driving on the highway on 37s!You’re gong to make some Prius driver very unhappy when he gets behind you merging onto the freeway.![]()
Depends on the 37s, rock warriors with skinny 37s combine weight is 95 lbs or so. I used to run 34.5’s combo that was 100lbs. On an 05 LX and it did fine going up the I70 pass in Colorado. If you had an 06-07 that’s not carrying 2000lbs of gear and bumper you might be okay.I can't imagine driving on the highway on 37s!
Both of mine do, you might want to double check.I don't think my 99 has cabin air filters...
My 05 doesn’t have them either. I’m about to order the retrofit kit from cruiserpatch so I can get some less dusty air in here.I don't think my 99 has cabin air filters...

Is that just an lx thing? Toyotas never got them at all? What a strange choice.LCs don’t have cabin filters, it’s an LX thing . LC owners be paying more for their cruisers to breathe dirty air![]()
