Probably right, still probably the only minivan I’d drive
Yep - and I can't believe I'm about to make this observation - and the newest body style looks great! (Did I just say that about a minivan?)

Got the IM4X4 FCP lift and WKOR sliders installed over the weekend. Those rear struts are a real pain to get out, and the hydraulic bits on the drivers side framerail had to come out with a sawzall, but super happy to have it done. She's in for an alignment now but the ride so far is fantastic.

Had to resolve an issue with a P301 Code. Changed the spark plug, still throwing the code so we switched out the coil pack with cylinder #3. P301 cleared and P303 came up. Bingo. Ordered a new coil pack (and changed the rest of the plugs while I was in there.

100 Sway Link Day!

Duel wielding? Nice! Is that a weldtables.com rotary table? Your one raspberry pie away from full automation ya know. That’s really similar to how most tubeless firearms suppressors are made these days.

More bites from the elephant. Passenger LCA done. Ready to start getting axles, spindles, hubs back on. Bushings were definitely done at 249k.

Replaced the driver side tie rods tonight. There is a special place in hell for the guy that designed the inner boot clamp. Pressing out bushings was more fun.

BTW, ended up getting a Moog inner (didn’t want to wait for the Proforge)- there was a 555 in the box.

Installed new-to-me sliders. Took longer than expected. The U-bolts were bent out just enough that once I had them around the frame I had to use a little clamp to make them fit. Looks good. Still a little paranoid an AHC or brake line is rubbing somewhere.

Don't worry about rubbing at all. Even if they are touching, they both (U bolt and brake/AHC) lines are stationary relative to each other, they won't get destroyed.

The new sienna with the Lexus inspired rear and front looks fire. I don’t envy a fender bender though with that big one piece front end. Anyways, back to 100’s

Charcoal canister, vapor canister purge solenoid, all the hose clamps, and patched up some wiring from an unwanted visitor while I was at work on the oil rig.
Man I hate rats.

Where did you buy the charcoal canister from? My local dealer is crazy expensive.

Spring cleaning, preparing for Las Vegas valley triple digit temps. This is to address the condensation leak on the front passenger floor coming from the evaporator catch basin (only happens when AC is on, not heater).

Took off the glove compartment and removed this plastic panel/door for the evaporator; need to remove the door for the cabin filter as seen on the picture it has already been removed. This plastic panel it has 7 screws.

The removal is tight but doable, just bring extra patience so as not to damage any plastic tabs. Slide down a bit and once upper edge of this plastic panel has wiggled thru, pull it upwards and away from the dash.

Next was the rubber gasket inspection:

This has seen better days, 253k miles on the clock and I bet this is still the original one from 2006.

Next is the dirt assessment, cleaning procedure (used a toothbrush taped on a wood stick for extension, purple power degreaser, 1” paint brush on the other end of the stick to get under the evaporator and get that dirt at the bottom), before and after.

Assembly and resealing time. Figured that the best sealer is the liquid version to get into those curves, corners and bends. I opted to use FIPG since I still have lots left from my timing belt and water pump project 6 months ago.

The old gasket on the top photo, it has served its purpose, he looks so happy and finally out Lol.

Cabin filter is also due for replacement, will do that in a few days when I get the new part from the mail. But for now I can say it was a good day. Give or take, I spent around 2 hours on this job.

I found it on Toyotapartsdeal.com for $296.33. But I ended up buying from my local dealer for around $325, because I was ordering a bunch of other Toyota stuff and they gave me a great deal on the OE brake rotors for my 2008 sequoia. I just told them what I saw it for on toyotapartsdeal.com and they gave me their best price on everything they could.

Awesome. Thanks for the info!

Added an Apple MagSafe puck to the phone mount and ditched the Ram X-Grip. It’s easier to put my phone in place but hitting the phone with my knee now means the phone is on the floor. Got this installed before the 1,000 mile round trip road trip I took with the family.

Continuation:
After 20hrs, the FIPG has fully cured, time for a leak test and wet clean down (degreaser + water) on the evaporator box. Used 2 spray bottles, one for purple power degreaser and the other for regular water. Sprayed (spread and pointed to push the dirt) the fins and the under side catch basin with about 100mL and rinsed it down with 300mL of water. The initial condition of what was collected from the drain hose:

It even caught debris:

Did the same procedure for about 6x until the water coming from the drain was clear.
