I just did jba headers on my 4.7 s/c tundra and ended up with the same situation with exhaust not bolting up. A bit frustrating after all that work!
What was the fix?

Any noticable difference driving it?New AHC globes, fluid and flush on the 470.
Two rites of passage with LX ownership... junking the ahc or getting it running right.
Also posted this in a separate thread but I'm so proud of actually doing this on my own that I had to post here as well. When I bought this car it was very intimidating but this forum is really the best. Not toxic and full of bs, just people helping each other.

Biggest improvement for me is the bobbing and body control. I took on a road with a dip at the bottom and it usually feels like I'm gonna lose it. This time it just glided over it.Any noticable difference driving it?
Good to know. I think this summer I might overhaul all bushings up front and rear and see how that plays out tooBiggest improvement for me is the bobbing and body control. I took on a road with a dip at the bottom and it usually feels like I'm gonna lose it. This time it just glided over it.
Ride still feels a little rough but I need to check the pressures, might need to back off on the bars a few notches.
Picked up some 1.75 tubing to mess around with. I havent bent tubing in a long time, so theres been a lot of bad words today. Showed my wife what I was making, and she didnt like it, so it must be good! Haha!
Hopefully this bumper update gets easier so I can install the snorkel I've had sitting in my attic for 2 years....
Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Bumper is looking good! I sold my bender about a year ago. Hadn’t used it for a while and wasn’t planning on needing it. That was all before the land cruiser.![]()
The ol dreaded drive-line clunk. Check out your driveshafts; it's possible they just need some grease.Gave the 100 its first oil change since we bought it a couple months ago. It was time to give it some fresh Mobile synthetic and a proper OEM oil filter. This Oil Filter brand oil filter was a good laugh.

There is a clunk sensation upon acceleration that I have noticed lately. Time to start hunting for the source in the suspension/drivelines. Its annoying!
Thanks for the tip. I hope that is the case! The ol dreaded drive-line clunk. Check out your driveshafts; it's possible they just need some grease.
