Awesome work man- building good karma points. You'll have to teach him how to ride in the 100 on your 4x4 adventures.Kitty update! The kitty I rescued this past Sunday is doing awesome! He's eating solid food now and well on his way to recovery. No broken bones, but numerous blunt force traumas on his extremities. Significant skin burns on his legs and paws from being no doubt tossed from a vehicle. He's had 2 laser treatments and daily baths to help the skin heal. We've "expressed" pus from his hind legs daily and the swelling has subsided substantially. He now plays like a kitten and is almost bouncing off the walls. Vet estimated he's 4-5 weeks old now. He has been officially named "Batman" and has now cost more than my front bumperBut, he's a great kitty and worth every penny.

Looking good! Did the same thing about 6 months ago. I love having another Land Cruiser that feels so different to drive. It's a fun, uncompromising change of pace. The wife loves it, too.

1) We started the Joying stereo install on my son's LC. The PX5 based unit doesn't seem to be triggering the OEM amp. Double checked the Metra harness and everything checked out good. Tried the Intel Sofia based unit with the same harness. It triggered the amp just fine, but had a fair bit of noise, even with no volume, as if the gain is set too high (just as @87warrior had predicted). So we backed out of the install, in order to troubleshoot why the PX5 unit's amp trigger isn't working, and figure out how we will deal with the preamp out to OEM amp noise issue. While the install wasn't successful (yet), I think the troubleshooting lesson, for my son, was somewhat successful. I'm pretty sure one of the units will be installed and working properly before the weekend is over.
2) I blew up the cheap plastic air hose that came with the little 5.65 CFM Smittybilt compressor that I keep in the back of the truck. I really dislike those cheap plastic hoses, and it came with the strange "Nitto" type air fittings, which prevented replacing the hose with anything readily available:
So I replaced the captive hose that came with the compressor, with a 1/4" NPT Female X M12 (M12X1.25) Male Metric Adapter and a standard fitting:
Now a proper rubber hose will work just fine.

Thanks! Forgot to add photos of the finished skid, compressor bracket, and water pump bracket
Still not sure what to put on the flat bracket, but it worked out nicely mounting the water pump upside down and putting the temp control valve on the bracket.
Finished up the KISS Drawers two days ago. Have to add the wing hinges, a chrome strip along the front top to prevent chips, and the two small trim pieces at the bottom.
I've got 2 sets on order, and have been looking at finishes.
What stain did you use?

Added some lights to the rear kitchen area (Still need to wire it into the blue sea fuse block)

Good idea on protecting the switch. Double check your interior handle. I believe it is directional.
I had same issue with my sequoia when i did an aftermarket head unit. The instructions for the metra harness were a little vauge. The wire the specify as amp turn on, i asumed was for an aftermarket amp, is actually for your factory amplifier. There is a specific amp turn on wire that needs to be connected to power up factory amp. I don't rember what color wire it is but i called the number on back of the harness package and they had me helped out in about 2 seconds. Good luck, hope this helps!
Got myself some slee sliders, cquartz'd the cruiser, and got new plates. Noticed slee changed the finish from semi gloss to textured on these new steps.
Waiting on my dissent armor to come in and waiting on ben to respond and get my bumper order.

They are WAAG brand nerf bars. Unfortunately that's all I know. They were already on the vehicle when I bought it. I'm going to take them off soon enough. If you ever come through Arkansas let me know!
Its 32 all the way around except the front doors. Found a home window tint with the right amount of bronze in it to match the factory rear. Going back over that with 32 to match the rest. Front windshield is also 32.
Wheels look great!
I feel like these SR8s and the recently introduced (for our bolt pattern) Ray10 give more options to the 100 guys.
You may be the first person to have the SR8s on a 100..

There is a machining issue, waiting to hear back from SCS.
Oh boy. The hub bore? Hope so - that can be remedied a few different ways. Anything else may require more than a little effort.
From all the positive feedback the company gets I would like to think they will take care of you on the product end - Labor on the other hand ???
Finally had time to monkey with the torsion bars to see if I could drop the pressure in the AHC system.
Applied the PB blaster last week and today cranked on the bolts with a 30MM ratchet.
Prior to adjustment:
Front pressure 7.80
Rear pressure 6.80
Front height 19"
Rear height 20"
After 4 CW turns on the bolt
Front pressure 6.80
Rear pressure 6.30
Front height 19.25"
Rear height 20.25
Had a front height that was about .125 lower on the driver side, so I went two more turns on the drive side bolt.
Still a fraction lower on the driver side, but I didn't not want to get too out of balance on adjustment between both sides.
Drove around town and seemed a Lito even firmer than before, which is good as it was feeling a little too much like an old Caddy. Globes are probably on last legs, as th L to H test only registers 8-9 gradations. Hopefully, bought myself a little time. Thanks to Paddo for all the pointers to help me take on this job.
