Need subwoofer

Scroll down to the results. I toyed with three different products, finally found one I liked and then had a professional upholsterer do the work.

My cargo space will always have a mess in the back, I need something that is water and stain resistant.

Where..??

I don't think my girls, my wife or the doggies will like it but I find the whole ''no Carpet'' very interesting..

The weathertech 'tubs'' are helping but manage to spill her coffee in between the seat and the drink older where the amp is located and made a big pool.

I only replaced the cargo area, but I had identified an improved marine product that I wanted to replace all the carpet with..Frankly, I think most auto carpet...sucks. maybe if I lived in a colder area, I'd want to keep it, but heat and carpet just don't go well. I prefer vinyl products but the industry likes....carpet.

The key is a reputable auto upholster. I shopped, made calls, talk to renovation guys and found an upholsterer that was a pro.

After that I just had to find a good product.

Changing oil, diff fluids and drain/refill 2 qts of the transmission. It's a beautiful day in Houston.

Added rear Power Stop pads and rotors after my drivers side rear caliper bracket seized and bound the caliper up.

New calipers, brackets, and brakes feel great!

Also tossed on some Air Lift bags to get my saggy ass back up to snuff.

The air bags smooth my ride out a lot. Pumped up to 30psi they still tamed our county roads considerably. Even my absent minded wife noticed.

Price to do all for corners?

I got the fender mirror installed. Also, got rid of the grill guard.
The second picture shows what I see from the driver's seat. One mirror shows the driver side fender and the ground, also the partially opened driver's door and the other shows the front of the grill and the ground

Not sure how i feel about those fender mirrors...looks rather strange, i'm sure it's useful when wheeling, is it?

It helps me to locate the front left edge so I can go close without hitting anything, Also can see the road and any obstacles especially after coming to the top of a hill. I bought another fender mirror for my 4runner but I do not take it for wheeling anymore after acquiring the cruiser.

Finally installed SPC UCA on our LX470. Now rolling with 4.5° caster measured, the maximum obtainable with a ride height of 20.5" center of hub to fender well. Feels like a totally different LX470 in a good way.:D

Added a new Tom Woods DriveShaft which I added some color to.

Then I loaded up the drawer and sleeping platform for a 1 week trip. I must say access is 80% improved when you can get to gear without 1st moving other gear.

Mainly it doesn't wooble like my bent one ;) I slid off a big rock ledge last weekend and it hit hard enough to bend it about 1/16-1/8 off line. At 55mph it was obvious that something in the driveline was bent. I LIMPED at 50mph home on the back roads.

That said, a Tom Woods is about 2x the stock wall thickness and I used 1310 ujoints which are bigger and more common. So it's an upgrade from factory. They are great by the way and turned this around in 1 day and shipped it for free. I upgraded to 2 day so I could leave on a trip Friday....

Nice upgrade - been looking at doing Tom Woods drive shafts.

Is it nice & smooth above 70mph now? Did they suggest the beefier ujoints or did you know about those prior to ordering?

Front diff fluid change with new crush washers. Drain plug looked pretty good, just your typical metal paste but luckily no large chunks. Also got the new YotaMD integrated key fob and absolutely love it

Well I've gotta say it looks bad ass!!! Maybe I should slide off of a rock ledge too so I have an excuse to get one:smokin:
