Also added weather tech floormats, pulled out the third row seats and got rid of the dealer sticker. Running boards were almost off until I ran into a bolt I couldn't reach, should be off tomorrow!

Could you give more photos of those wheels? I really like that look.

Thanks.

I have Stoptech in all 4 corners after years of 100 guys raving about them and Slee stocking them.

I did find a phenomenal deal on Amazon that included free shipping when I did all 4 corners...which helped with the decision.

No rotor warp and all 4 corners are on their second set of pads.

Can't speak to braking performance...though they feel as good as OEM ever did.

04gto and NC-Grayson, do your volt readings always look like that? Is that higher than 14v?

I went and looked at mine after I wrote that. Mine goes up to 19v, needle sits and 9 o'clock at 14v seeing yours made me question mine.
Made me wonder,, I realize now they switched gauge faces at some point. thanks

Interested... cost, source, anything else to do like SS brake lines?
Any chance you measured before and after stopping distances?

I first heard about them on here and lots of positive reviews had me interested. I didn't really look into them much further until I couldn't turn my current rotors any further so naturally it was time to replace the worn out parts.

I bought my front pair from CARiD.com for right at $300 with shipping. New brake lines, pads and rotors.

My rear pads and rotor are still solid, although when the time comes I will replace them with the stop tech parts as well.

I didn't do any sort of performance evaluation with my OEM brakes, I just saw it was time to replace them during my last rotation. I'll post back in a few months once I've put some miles on them.

diggin that grill, been looking for one similar and was resigned to having to fab from scratch... where'd you get it? How was install?

Did you have to take the whole door panel off? Or are you able to pull cover off with panel on door still?

My understanding is that the grille is bolted on and the door panel has to come off to access the nuts.

I will let you know, it is on my to-do list over the holidays.

I was able to do it with out removing the entire door assembly. It was a bit tight but very doable.

Lookin sharp. More pics please.

@reevesci - How do they fit on the rear frame members? Any issues? Thanks.

They bolt right up. The rear crossmember has a slight step in it and these fit just like the OEM tow points, just twice as thick. If you're worried about the step, just add a single 14mm flat washer and your good.

Dude! No way!!!!

You sold the Tacoma, I can't believe it but then you go and do something like buy an LX470 and totally redeem yourself.

I'm the same Greenbean from ExpoPortal and TW.

I still have my little Tacoma but also scored a very well maintained 2000 LC.

Good to see you here man!
