In tank set up is where its at! Good choice! Use an fzj80 or 2uz fuel pump. Very quiet compared to walbro

I have the the FZJ80 pump in my 2FE 40 tank. Been in use about 11 years now problem free.

Something I Ran into this week.. my slave cylinder rod is about 1” too long. I’m wondering if I used the wrong pivot fork or the wrong throw out bearing..

@cruisermatt any input?

Zero 40 progress today. Great day slowing down time with the family.

I was able to finish mocking up my exhaust and got it all tacked together. Small stainless Cat Converter in there as well. 2.5” all the way back.

And yes I’m aware I’m going to have to redo my crossover by the front driveshaft. I swung and missed on that one.

Clutch master, slave, line ran and mounted.

Power steering lines ran, cooler mocked up.

Big but small steps.

List is getting shorter.

-Fuel tank prepped for ring- first cut made and didn’t go boom
- Clutch Parts arrived from Florida from Matt

Flex pipe or flex joint. I’ve started using them the last few years and they are really nice.
