I'm just glad my tractor motored 3FE was able to keep up with his Harley. :flipoff2:

I probably would have tried to run him over, then made sure they pull a blood alcohol test on him to prove it wasn't my fault. He dropped the bike in front of me and I couldn't stop...... Fortunately, my tires were big enough and my truck high enough that he didn't drag as I went over him and the bike......

Even worse is that replacing the connector didn't fix my gauge. Now I have to try to waste more time trying to figure that out...

the weekend isn't here, and most of the time will be spent working on puff the evil wagon, but i did help ensure i'll hopefully be able to wheel my 80 for many weekends to come

Men ought either to be indulged or utterly destroyed, for if you merely offend them they take vengeance, but if you injure them greatly they are unable to retaliate, so that the injury done to a man ought to be such that vengeance cannot be feared.

the past two weekends ive swapped out my rear axle, removed a bunch of junk wiring from the PO, installed QuietCrap and started installing new carpet. I'll probably finish the carpet next weekend along with bleeding the brakes.

Good choice. I am running the green 100 series pads on my 80 and am happy with them.

Thanks. I chose the yellow as they are advertised as their extreme grip pads that have full grip when cold. All other pads need some heat generated for full grip. We will see. The pads that I took off where very newish but had bad initial grab until they where good and warm (winter cold prob doesn't help)That doesn't help on highway cruising for awhile then have to use brakes. First couple pushes are weaker .

If you search their website by the vehicle, you can't find all the EBC parts listed here. I searched by the part number and found them.
I always buy brakes from this site, not for my 80 yet since they're still good. I'll try to remember yellow > green.

Put in a new radiator. Pain in the dick.

Solving problems one day at a time. Noticed that my idle was jumping. I heard what sounded like an exhaust leak. Well found the crack in the pipe going into the muffler. I had three broken exhaust hangers...again!!

The crack is right next to Oxygen Sensor #2. Took it to get welded and problem is gone and truck is driving niiiice. Waiting to see if it helps with overheating :p
