Began painting my 4x4 labs front bumper! Super cool.

Got my free name badges, now the problem is deciding where to put them.

Finally got sick of seeing all the drops of oil in my driveway. So I replaced dizzy seal, valve seal, and the oil pump seal. I've been dreading this for sometime now. The oil pump seal really looked like a pain in the ass. After reading all the posts and watching a few videos on it I figured what the hell go for it. Easy! All done in less than 4 hrs. ;) A manual impact driver was the key the screws came out with easy. While I was in there why not change the water pump, belts and fan clutch. Its looking pretty nice under the hood.

Tomorrow I think I finish up my cargo box and throw up some pics.

A couple weekends ago I dropped the front axle. Last weekend I disassembled the driver side. Today I disassembled the passenger side and removed the front diff. I should update my build thread, but I'm really beat now. That was a real pain in the back.

Assembled the new BusDepot awning in the driveway. I like the domed roof and also how it mounts securely to the rain gutter.

Spent another Saturday fixing the PO's hack mechanic's butchery.

this was the "fix" he performed when he broke the 4th bolt hole for the thermostat housing. Lucky for me I had a spare. Also found he broke the front boss for the a/c compressor bracket and one of the other mounting bolts which he siliconed in a shorter bolt so you couldn't tell it was broken. :bang:

After I fixed all that I also finally installed a full set of HPS Performance silicone hoses, Ron Davis Radiator, new heater valve.

Welcome to the club
I was going to have them make my overflow tank too but it got way too far down on my priority list.

Thanks! I think the stock over flow is nice and compact. The only issue I have now is it won't stay warm enough to keep the truck in closed loop.

Did my annual Amsoil change and dual filter
