Canoe trip down a snow hill?

Stupid FUN!!!

The snow helped cushion the fall of the fuel tanks, which will find a new home in my veggie oil processing plant

Nice score! I welded in a fitting from Home Depot, then screwed in a 120v 1500W hot water element in my tank, can be used to warm the oil if it gets too cold to process or pump.

Full roof rack delete.

Are the middle runners screwed in? I always thought those were held on by 3M tape...

They are both screwed and taped.

My method: I ripped off as much of the adhesive 3M tape. Sprayed Goof-Off. I let it sit. Sprayed Goof-Off again later. Let it sit. Warm Cali Sun did its business to soften it up. Came back after a couple of days and peeled the tape of with my fingers. Patience. Patience. Patience.

Went camping down in the desert this weekend with friends Seth

Is that a WRX scoop? Do you know what year if so? Also what brand LED are you running on the front bumper? The round 9"'s.

Thanks, nice rig!

Ammo, looks like the same one i used from a 02-03 WRX

Replaced thermostat and lubed up window channels to see if they were the cause of the windows being sluggish. They were a large part of it so I will be ordering new ones when i can

Seth posted info on them already and I think it was in this thread.

Iirc same light, different color ring, cheaper price when compared to arb
Don't confuse that with cheap price however

You should look into the decal eraser wheel sold at auto body shops. Makes a loooooong process only a few minutes removing any type of glue, stickers, etc. on atuomotive exteriors. I kicked myself for all the years of using a heat gun after a old timer told me about this tool. It AMAZING.

Clicking no more!

With the assistance and expertise of my friend Alberto (AlbertoSD) and the generous use of his warm garage, I used my day off of work yesterday to do a partial front axle job.

I was long overdue (285K) for a set of replacement birfs in the 80. I picked up a set of non-OEM standard replacements from Slee and Onur set me up with the remaining items. Gone is the infernal clicking that I put up with for far to long!

On to the next project!!
