Yes, a bad fuel injector could be the issue. Certainly worth a closer inspection. I know there is a thread (or more) where someone else had this issue with the injector causing the misfire.

Did you try moving coils around to different cylinders?

If you remove your upper radiator hose and it looks like this, I'd certainly change it. That's going to crumble soon, just like all the heater T's. Most OE radiator seem to fail at the seal between the end tank and the core. Shrinks over time or...

Aftermarket gaskets are rarely a gamble worth taking, IMO. So often they're the wrong material and only "kind of" the right shape. If there's anything you should pony up the premium $$ for OEM parts, it's gaskets.

How is the status of the rest of your coolant system? Radiator cap and thermostat (with gasket) are cheap insurance. What about the heater T's? Make sure you flush the system out very well, to insure all the residual green coolant is out...

You can check the current bearings and races easily, look for heat discoloration or scoring on the race or bearing rollers. With the spindle nut loose I'd double check them. If they're good, they redo the seals, regrease them, button things...
